Mom's Birthday Dinner Celebration!!! The whole team was outstanding from the GM, Chef, and Sous Chef! What wonderful food! We had three appetizers and three different entrees. Everything was carefully prepared and the highest quality. Stellar service from the minute we stepped in to the last goodbye. Can't recommend this establishment enough! CLE don't sleep on the gem of a place. We will be back!

The Friars’ Table is a unique restaurant located right next to Playhouse Square, making it a nice option for a night out before a show. The atmosphere and theme are very neat. The food is lovely and tasty, with dishes like roast chicken with fingerling potatoes, a meaty beef stew bread bowl, vegetable lasagna, and appetizers such as a spinach and cheese pancake and a hot pretzel. Portion sizes can be unusually small for some dishes. The service is excellent, with a kind, attentive, and friendly staff. Privacy can be minimal at the communal long tables. The restaurant is often very busy with those on their way to a show.
