“We reviewed Hello Bistro in Beachwood OH, well JRK did because Joe was too busy "working"...... Tried the Tex Mex burger – looked great, but it was tiny and bland. I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though! The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss. “Brassica in Shaker Heights was such a good find while visiting a friend. I went twice in one trip, that should tell you something. Got the salad bowl both times with hummus and basically loaded it up with everything, and it just works no matter what combo you put together. Tried the chicken on one visit and the brisket on the other, both were fabulous. Fair warning though, the brisket is subject to availability, so don't count on it being there every time.
Do yourself a favor and order the fries at least once even if you're trying to be good. They complement the bowl perfectly, and throwing a few fries right into the salad is genuinely a great move. Also have to mention the beer selection. Good local options and reasonably priced, which is a nice touch alongside the food.
This place earns the trip back any time I'm in the area.“

“Le Stand is one of my go-to spots—everything is always fresh and consistently good. The staff is extremely friendly, which makes the experience even better every time I go in.

I almost always get the avocado bowl, and it never disappoints. And I have to say, I love that they have white French dressing—it’s a small thing, but it sets them apart.

If you’re looking for fresh, flavorful food with great service, I highly recommend Le Stand.“

“What a fun time! Came here while visiting from out of town since there were vegan options. Ordered the Veggie Mite and the Kevin Mcallister, along with the Sweet and Seedy salad. Unfortunately, there was a mix up with our pizza so we had to wait a little longer than usual, but the staff was so kind, helpful, hardworking, and remedied it quickly. Lots of young people working hard. Everything was delicious and crust was yummmm!“

“I usually love this place but tonight's curbside order was an hour and a half wait (usually curbside pickup is a half hour)! They now also have signed up with other delivery services so they are super busy. Our food wasn't ready when it was promised. I went in and there were about 3-4 empty tables! You'd think that with the long wait the tables would be backed up too. I mentioned to the manage that if I had known there were tables available I would have dined in instead of take out. She said they try to get their dine-in customers their food before the take out. 🤦 Really Dewey's, what customer wants to know that their service is not as important as another customer? If I had known that I wouldn't have waited an hour and a half (plus) at home, and would have gone in, placed my order then changed my mind and taken it to go!“

“I cannot say enough good things about this place! By far the most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. Even when they are busy, the employees are kind and courteous and take time to make quality food. After arriving late for business, I stopped here for a late night dinner and was very impressed that the food was fresh and they had all of their offerings even 30 minutes before closing. All of their food is such high-quality and always fresh. The head chef is phenomenal. He ensures each customer is taken care of and happy And is visibly supporting his staff along the way.“

“OMG!!! We just had Kantina cater our weekend bar-mitzvah for a dinner and a lunch and I cannot even explain how amazing Kantina is!!! From the staff, to the food, to the presentation!!! Seth is beyond incredible. He is kind, and accommodating, professional, and sweet. He made everything PERFECT!!!! He was an absolute dream to work with. My guests (and myself of course) could NOT STOP RAVING about how delicious the food was, how beautiful the setup was, how helpful and sweet the staff were, and how absolutely superhuman Seth is to have done all this and still be the most humble and incredible professional on the planet. We originally went to Kantina just to try out the restaurant several years ago and were blown away by the deliciousness of the food and atmosphere of the restaurant. When we had my daughter's bat-mitzvah party, we reached out to Seth to cater because we loved his food. Holy cow did he do an amazing job. So a few years later, we had him cater our other daughter's bat-mitzvah party....again, blown away by the quality of the food and the service!! We were so incredibly happy with Seth and Kantina that we went back again, this time for a Friday night dinner and a Saturday lunch at our synagogue. We did not think we could be any more impressed, but we were!!!! Everything was seriously PERFECT!!!! I cannot thank Seth and Kantina enough for making all our events absolutely the most enjoyable they could be in every way!!! I would recommend Kantina in every situation for every occasion!!! He & his team at the Macedonia location do an amazing job! I've ordered from them many times and it was always good. But I noticed this location was no longer on the website. I called - no answer. I drove by and the place looks like it is no longer in business. No explanation on door. Is it closed for remodeling? Closed getting ready to move to new location? Or closed for good? Really disappointed that it's closed when Google, Facebook etc says it's open.“

“Used Cafe 56/ 56 Kitchen for our child's Mitzvah weekend, for 3 different events- Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, and a Sunday Brunch. Jay was a breeze to work with- and totally understood and delivered on the vision with all three events. His many years of experience means that he's able to tweak your menus so they make sense, and make them the most cost efficient for you. The food was tasty, and beautifully displayed. One thing to note-- Jay's a busy though laid back guy- but he gets it done. We connected with him a year ahead, though we finalized menus, etc. just weeks before the event, which worked out very well. I would use Cafe 56 again for future events in a heartbeat!“

One particular staff member, a tall gentleman was very kind and asked how I liked the food, took the time to tell me my options when I was ordering, and offered to put my tray away when I was done eating. Now that’s service! Service in most places have not been satisfactory lately as the food service industry slowly picks back up from a type of recession. But the customer care and service here is above and beyond.“
