“This is a gem a gem in Chagrin Falls ! I stopped in was working in the area ,and ordered the deluxe ,and it was delicious. Not stingy on the toppings ,or the sauce . Reasonably priced there not trying to charge you 23 dollars for a dam medium like some places 16 dollars perfect price . Super friendly staff ,gentlemen told me the go to menu items . Fast service Very clean inside lobby. ! Kudos Revolution pizza .“

“Today I finally made it into Trios Italian Grille located at 7537 Mentor Ave #23, Mentor, OH 44060. I had been thinking about visiting here for years but they were not open at lunch. I really enjoyed my experience in their small dining room. I ordered an chicken parm pasta dish. I was very impressed by by the service too.“

“Such an amazing restaurant! Craig, our bartender was so engaging and kept us laughing all afternoon! He also told us so many cool tidbits about the restaurant (e.g., the custom made chandelier in the background of my pic weighs 1,900 pounds and made out of metal nuts, ya know, like nuts and bolts, and is titled “The World is Nuts”). Now, let’s talk menu! The food is so delicious and the menu has so many options! The food is all freshly prepared, no frozen pre-packaged ANYTHING here! You can’t go wrong, especially at happy hour! LOL!!! Just go, already!!! You’ll thank me later!!!“

“Called Pulp with a 30 person order needed after a smoothie place down the street canceled on us last minute. Jessica (I think) took the initiative and made us a variety of smoothies & bowls within an hour. Stellar customer service and great attitude. “This was my first experience at pulp ever. I had never gone to a pulp location because I had never seen the point of paying for a smoothie. Earlier today, I stopped by this location due to the heat and was overwhelmed by a huge menu. I was fortunate enough to have an employee assist me in choosing a smoothie that I would enjoy. I believe her name was Evelyn but I remember distinctly that she had blue hair. This employee gave me useful advice in addition to not rushing me through. My smoothie came out quickly and tasted delicious. Truly an unforgettable experience and I will be returning to this location in the future.“

“EVERYTHING was perfect !!! kind workers, smiles, even the food was fresh. my sandwich was lined up, not soggy, and no fries were fallen out at the bottom of the bag. meanwhile if you were to go to mcdonald’s, you’d get all 3 of those issues. tried the pretzel chicken sandwich here and it’s my new favorite. well done, Chick-Fil-A !! 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“EXCELLENT A++ I ordered 3 party subs a few days in advance online for a remote venue party & picked up. Everything was spot-on perfect and DELICIOUS & fresh! Our guests loved them and it was under $200 and fed 35-40 people lunch. Kudos to whoever is managing this process!! Keep up the good work, would highly recommend.“

“Wow! What a fantastic place this is. I was expecting to go in a get a hotdog for lunch. Was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome. That never happens anymore these days. It was the owners mother taking my order and she went over the entire menu with me. I got a chilly dog, a taco gordito dog, a pot roast loaded baked potato and a shrimp Caesar loaded baked potato. Took it to my parents and we were absolutely amazed how good this food was. Just a fantastic place with fantastic food with fantastic people. I am so glad I stopped in. I will be back for sure. Highly recommend this place!!“
