“Wow! What a fantastic place this is. I was expecting to go in a get a hotdog for lunch. Was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome. That never happens anymore these days. It was the owners mother taking my order and she went over the entire menu with me. I got a chilly dog, a taco gordito dog, a pot roast loaded baked potato and a shrimp Caesar loaded baked potato. Took it to my parents and we were absolutely amazed how good this food was. Just a fantastic place with fantastic food with fantastic people. I am so glad I stopped in. I will be back for sure. Highly recommend this place!!“

She had so many online orders coming in while dealing with an influx of in store customers and she had every blender going to whip up our own little tropical paradise. She goes above and beyond to make sure that things are done in a correct and timely manner. Harmony has exemplified how things should be done; especially when it comes to keeping her customers happy.

“I've used Uber eats (I'm lazy sometimes) and done pick up. The arincini are awesome and the mushroom duxelle pizza was great. Also love the garlic bread and the meatballs and sauce. The Veal parmesan was excellent, nice crisp on the veal even with the sauce and cheese. Side of spaghetti marinara was very nice. Have enjoyed each item I have received. Will definitely order again. Good well prepared food at reasonable prices.“

“Such an amazing restaurant! Craig, our bartender was so engaging and kept us laughing all afternoon! He also told us so many cool tidbits about the restaurant (e.g., the custom made chandelier in the background of my pic weighs 1,900 pounds and made out of metal nuts, ya know, like nuts and bolts, and is titled “The World is Nuts”). Now, let’s talk menu! The food is so delicious and the menu has so many options! The food is all freshly prepared, no frozen pre-packaged ANYTHING here! You can’t go wrong, especially at happy hour! “2nd time here. 1st round, ordered God Father, AMAZING sub! Fella taking the order wasn't especially helpful, I let him know it was my first time there, so I didn't know the menu very well. Luckily a wonderful lady stepped up, and said something when she overheard. She was super kind and helpful. They always seem to be very accommodating to customers from what I have seen.

FYI* I get my sandwiches fairly plain, aside from signature oil, spinach leaves, but they will Load up toppings if u ask!

2nd order, I just ordered online to make it seamless, and it was. Staff was very kind, helpful and accomodating. Rest rooms were clean, tables clean, and clean work stations. They get an A+ from me. “I have always had very good food and service at the Olive Garden. I like to eat at the bar. My only issue is seating families with very young and loud children in the bar area. This area should be reserved for adults over 18. I like children but there is a time and a place.“

Witnessed them dealing with a difficult customer with kindness and grace, all the while being belittled and talked down too. (And over something as ridiculous as a “kid’s bowl” that they already told her they didn’t offer. Then complains about being charged for the regular bowl that she ORDERED. Then proceeds to share one drink cup with her two kids. And finally leaves and leaves her trash all over the table.) This place is top-notch and we will definitely be back. “My brother ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and it came out with the cheese, not melted at all. This had led to a complaint to the supervisor and she took care of the situation in a very humble and respectful manner. She took it into her own hands to hand-deliver a piece of melted cheese to my brother. Excellent service“

“Kudos to the 3 young ladies that were working at the time of the tornado warning today 8/6/24. I had placed an online order before leaving Mentor, as I proceeded to the store the emergency alert started and then it started pouring rain and getting windy. I ran in and got my order and they offered my child and I to come in and shelter in place. I had my mother in the car so I declined and said thank you but we would be fine. After returning to the car I stopped and read the alert about finding shelter and started to re-think their offer. We decided to go in and take cover. They were very kind and set us up with some chairs in the hallway back by the bathroom away from the front windows. We sat there and waited until the coast was clear. As we were leaving we all wished each other well and my son offered his compliments on the smoothies. Then we were on our way. My point is, the smoothies were good but more importantly than that, it was the kindness and character of the good humans that I came into contact with at that moment. Thank you girls ?“

Brought my mother who was feeling under the weather and she asked some questions regarding which drink would be best to get and the worker was honest and my mom felt better soon after drinking it. All the workers were working so clean and productively, in complete honesty I have not seen a more professional staff in a very long time. I will definitely be coming back!

Dietary restrictions: Always able to swap things out and very clearly have the ingredients listed which is the right way to run a business.

Parking: It’s in a plaza but still has ton of parking.
