“Wow! What a fantastic place this is. I was expecting to go in a get a hotdog for lunch. Was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome. That never happens anymore these days. It was the owners mother taking my order and she went over the entire menu with me. I got a chilly dog, a taco gordito dog, a pot roast loaded baked potato and a shrimp Caesar loaded baked potato. Took it to my parents and we were absolutely amazed how good this food was. Just a fantastic place with fantastic food with fantastic people. I am so glad I stopped in. I will be back for sure. Highly recommend this place!!“

Earlier today, I stopped by this location due to the heat and was overwhelmed by a huge menu. I was fortunate enough to have an employee assist me in choosing a smoothie that I would enjoy. I believe her name was Evelyn but I remember distinctly that she had blue hair. This employee gave me useful advice in addition to not rushing me through. I do usually check my bags before leaving anywhere and there has only been one time that we were missing something and it was due to a computer error as we had ordered at the kiosk. I also usually order custom items and they always come out great!“

“I visited the mentor location yesterday evening for two subs . I would have liked to have ordered online but my phone was dead so I walked in and asked the front desk if they could check 2 phone numbers, I wasn't sure which one and I wanted to see if I had rewards. I was told they could only check one. Then I was told that I was eligible for $2 off an Italian sub and or a free iced tea. I understand the $2 off an Italian sub but not sure why I had to order specifically an iced tea. I asked if I could get something else and I was told no. Then I ordered it to go which is normally what I do . When I got home both subs were incorrect with toppings and bread. I requested cheese on both and neither one came with cheese and one had the wrong kind of bread. Also I was the only one in the restaurant at that time with three employees. One employee only made my order. I was in there from start to finish a good 20 minutes which I thought was excessive for two subs.

We love DiBella's except for the price so when our order is wrong it's very frustrating. We go maybe once a month and it seems like within the last year we've had to call in a complaint a couple few times , so this is really getting old.“
