“We reviewed Hello Bistro in Beachwood OH, well JRK did because Joe was too busy "working"...... Tried the Tex Mex burger – looked great, but it was tiny and bland. I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though! The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss. As for the chocolate chip cookie… I thought it was fresh, but it was more like a sad, store-bought rock. Tex Mex Burger 5.5 Hand cut fries 6.1 House Made Ranch 8.2 Chocolate Chip Cookie 2.0“

“The red headed black male chef that served me today was condescending and rude. I was expecting great service since he was the chef and only two people in front of me. He was too busy correcting me on menu item names to make my order correctly. This location needs better service from the chef. No napkins and 2 forks left at the drink station that needs cleaning as well.

Went back 12/11 and had a wonderful experience with a different chef, Chef Geovanni. He was kind and efficient. I’ve updated my review based on that!“

“Curb side pick up… took longer than it should… one woman working take out… the other refused… food sat in bag getting cold on table. They were particularly busy for Christmas Eve… someone else started helping me… then stopped and went away. IDK why the person working with those coming in couldn’t help me??? Obviously they could be more efficient… portion size smaller than usual… although not less money. Bread sticks were warm… everything else cooled considerably.“

“Make sure you have reservations when coming for dinner. We had a group of 4 and were seated immediately for our 6:00 PM table . We ordered 3 fried cod fish dinners and 1 bone in ribeye. The highlight of the table was the beautiful bone in ribeye. The fish dinners were better than expected with delicious skin on fries. Can’t figure out why the coleslaw serving is about 1 tablespoon. The slaw was fantastic- just a ridiculous portion. The bone in ribeye was one of the best that my guest has had. The appetizer was roasted Brussel sprouts. I have never had Brussel sprouts this good ever.
With my meal I ordered the caesar salad with added anchovies. Fresh, cool, seasoned and perfect. Hot fresh coffee with chocolate cake in a cup for dessert. Coffee was great, the chocolate cake was dry, the whipped cream top saved it. I would like the cake to be injected with chocolate lave before the whip cream is added. With that fix this meal was perfect. Friendly people, quick service, hot and tasty food in downtown Chagrin Falls - what else would you want. We have already planned a return trip.“

“This is one of my new favorites in the Cleveland Area of the only place I visited in a long time that gives you 2 Nice Sized Pieces of Catfish, 4 hush puppies, Coleslaw and FRESH CUT edible FRIES all for one price. I have been here 5 times and they have am Amazing Chicken Philly Sandwich these both items are seasoned to perfection and not to salty like most places you can barely tolerate the heavy seasonings from something who has to watch their salt intake. Jumbo Chicken Rolls are a most have my family love those as well! Most places I have to toss my food. Customer Service is always friendly and patient staff is always with a good attitude fast service and clean location. Compliments to the chef staff and the great owner!!! Glad this business exists.“
