“First time trying Piada and it was so good. We both got wraps. I got the avocado wrap and added grilled chicken and got him the BLT wrap with grilled chicken too. Both were so fresh! They were very full wraps too, not skimpy on the ingredients. I think I actually liked his better than mine. ? The people working there were the best! Very friendly and helpful.“
“Watch out chipotle....bigger portions and taste pretty good with more options. The only thing I don't like is they cut ur toppings off at 5 or 6 whereas chipotle lets u get however many which is no biggie...only reason I gave food a 4.“

The pizza was delicious and hot!We were running late to pick up the pizza, and the individual behind the counter offered to re-make them because that had gotten cold due to us being late. He wanted to make sure that we had hot pizza when leaving the building.He went above and beyond. It was our fault the pizza was cold, and we would have been okay with it.Thank you to the kind gentleman for making sure we had a great experience! “We were looking for a lat breakfast at First Watch across the street, but there was a 45-minute wait,so we came across to Zoup! and lucked out: the place was empty, but the staff were friendly, and we were able to get assorted soups and grain bowls that were both tasty and filling. And we had the place to ourselves, so it was quiet.“
“My husband recently had some dental work done and was starving but couldn't eat anything too solid. He said he wanted Zoup! Thankfully it was not at all crowded so that he could inspect all of the soups to find ones that he could eat. I got the chicken pot pie and the attendant gave me crust crumbles ? to go with my soup. My husband got the burger cheeseburger soup which he devoured once we got home. The only thing I didn't like was that the attendant let us know three times that she did not like the burger cheeseburger soup and that he should try it first. After we both tried it and liked it, she continued to project her disdain for the soup. Otherwise this would have been a five-star experience. I highly recommend it, and will be going back for more... Hopefully in peace.“
“I was running late and didn’t prepare lunch. I was ordering from Starbucks and noticed Panera in the same plaza. I order the Cesar salad with Chicken. I didn’t care for their dressing. It’s too “fishy”. I’m glad I had my Cesar dressing. The salad was fresh and the chicken was plentiful. I didn’t notice any Parmesan cheese on the salad, other than that, it was good. It also came with a baguette, which was fresh. I would most likely order again.“
“We've been meaning to stop during our travels here for a couple of years. We went on a Sunday night and it was quite busy. It seems there were two servers taking care of the whole restaurant and one was bartending as well. This, I feel, had an affect on the experience overall. The one drink that was ordered was not that great. We ordered pretty quickly, but had to ask for stuff like napkins and straws. Our appetizers and entrees arrived all at once. The combo appetizer was ok and nicely presented. The stuffed cabbage was luke warm. The gyro plate was good and the salad was excellent. Their bread and dipping sauces were also excellent. There aren't many options for this type of fare in this area, so this is a nice change of pace. Worth a try.“
“The only reason why it has a 3 stars ⭐️ for atmosphere is because the place could be bigger as the wait time can be long. Other than that the food was great as we had the bourbon French toast & Chorizo hash. Excellent breakfast nook!“
“Hands down the best dining experience I have ever had! From the quaint and intimate atmosphere to the attentive, kind, and helpful service (Denise), everything about Batuqui is a 10/10! The handcrafted cocktails were beautiful and incredibly flavorful! The coconut butter cake and dessert drinks are a MUST! Incredibly delectable. They went above and beyond in every area and I’d highly recommend this to anyone in the Cleveland area! Will be back (potentially even next week)!“

“Visiting from out of town, we ordered the house burger, fire popper sub, and chili fries.The popper sub was outstanding. I wish I ordered another for the plane! The burger was fine but I don't think the pulled beef added enough to warrant getting again. Great sauces and good medium-done burger.Chili fries: i recommend just ordering and enjoying separately. The chili was great but the fries aren't crunchy enough to withstand the liquid. On their own, the fries are also good and crispy enough.“
