“This is a gem a gem in Chagrin Falls ! I stopped in was working in the area ,and ordered the deluxe ,and it was delicious. Not stingy on the toppings ,or the sauce . Reasonably priced there not trying to charge you 23 dollars for a dam medium like some places 16 dollars perfect price . Super friendly staff ,gentlemen told me the go to menu items . Fast service Very clean inside lobby. ! Kudos Revolution pizza .“

“Wow! What a fantastic place this is. I was expecting to go in a get a hotdog for lunch. Was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome. That never happens anymore these days. It was the owners mother taking my order and she went over the entire menu with me. I got a chilly dog, a taco gordito dog, a pot roast loaded baked potato and a shrimp Caesar loaded baked potato. Took it to my parents and we were absolutely amazed how good this food was. Just a fantastic place with fantastic food with fantastic people. I am so glad I stopped in. I will be back for sure. Highly recommend this place!!“

Even when they are busy, the employees are kind and courteous and take time to make quality food. After arriving late for business, I stopped here for a late night dinner and was very impressed that the food was fresh and they had all of their offerings even 30 minutes before closing. All of their food is such high-quality and always fresh. The head chef is phenomenal. He ensures each customer is taken care of and happy And is visibly supporting his staff along the way.“

The Catering Director, Aaron, is fantastic! He is one of the kindest & most helpful individuals I’ve ever come in contact with! He goes out of his way to make sure my orders are always perfect. He & his team at the Macedonia location do an amazing job! In addition, the Owner Dan Stanko & Catering Director Aaron, went out of their way to graciously donate food & gift cards for a large community church event my company was sponsoring. “Used Cafe 56/ 56 Kitchen for our child's Mitzvah weekend, for 3 different events- Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, and a Sunday Brunch. Jay was a breeze to work with- and totally understood and delivered on the vision with all three events. His many years of experience means that he's able to tweak your menus so they make sense, and make them the most cost efficient for you. The food was tasty, and beautifully displayed. One thing to note-- Jay's a busy though laid back guy- but he gets it done. We connected with him a year ahead, though we finalized menus, etc. just weeks before the event, which worked out very well. I would use Cafe 56 again for future events in a heartbeat!“

“Asked what's popular and I picked the godfather. It's been YEARS since I had a sub that good, fresh ingredients, fresh bread, perfect combination, they really knocked it out the park. I don't usually review places this good but man, that was the best sub I think I might have ever had..“

“EXCELLENT A++ I ordered 3 party subs a few days in advance online for a remote venue party & picked up. Everything was spot-on perfect and DELICIOUS & fresh! Our guests loved them and it was under $200 and fed 35-40 people lunch. Kudos to whoever is managing this process!! Keep up the good work, would highly recommend.“

“You can only eat so much Italian food. A lot of the special food advertised were not available to order.. They put us where you could tell was their noisy kids area...Our kids were very well behaved that day.. basic low noise. However
the people behind us were talking about things you really should not in a restaurant and around kids. Mly dinner was spoiled for the day.. I feel Olive Garden owes all of us a new dinner. I really felt sorry for the waitress.
She was probably glad they left out of there. I know I was.. I mean keep it in the bedroom guys!“

“Food was amazing. The only thing is that our server, who yes was busy but I'm also in the service industry and we got our apps before our drinks. Drinks were the first thing we told our server Conor who we stilled tipped. But we're eating salad and I have nothing to wash it down with. Other than our server, the person who brought our food was amazing, the scenery was excellent and i would recommend. Other people were seated after us and received their drinks before us as well. I understand but as a server you also need to check on your tables just to make sure they didn't need anything else. We wanted to order more but we couldn't handle Conor's service he only came to us once and that was to bring the check. What if we wanted more food or drinks. This was my first time here, I just expected more especially if I'm spending over $300 for 2 people“

“My meal was great, but things could have gone better. My moms meal came out and it was ice cold (a hot dish) and by the time the waiter came around everyone was nearly finished eating so she sent it back without getting something else. We also ordered an appetizer and for the price, an egg roll sampler, it was basically 4 rolls cut in half. We got a hot crab dip also and the bread slices that came with it where practically inedible due to how hard and burnt they where.“

I do usually check my bags before leaving anywhere and there has only been one time that we were missing something and it was due to a computer error as we had ordered at the kiosk. I also usually order custom items and they always come out great!“

Now they are right on par for what you would expect from the gioninos franchise, good tasting pizza, good service, it's ready reasonably quick, and it's cooked well. I haven't gotten a delivery yet but I'm sure it won't be a 2 hour wait like it was before.“

“Ordered 2 Tropical Smoothies minus banana and add probiotics. Was originally told they were not doing any enhancements today and when we received our Smoothies we were told they added the enhancements. Besides that the Smoothies were very good 👍“

Also, have ordered off the app multiple times & a few times they say they are out of what was ordered, usually bakery items. Wish the store could update the app a bit quicker to show sold out items“
