“Wow! What a fantastic place this is. I was expecting to go in a get a hotdog for lunch. Was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome. That never happens anymore these days. It was the owners mother taking my order and she went over the entire menu with me. I got a chilly dog, a taco gordito dog, a pot roast loaded baked potato and a shrimp Caesar loaded baked potato. Took it to my parents and we were absolutely amazed how good this food was. Just a fantastic place with fantastic food with fantastic people. I am so glad I stopped in. I will be back for sure. Last night, I had a taste for a pizza with white sauce, cheese, mushrooms, spinach, chicken and pineapples and oh my goodness!!!! It was DELICIOUS!!!! “My meal was great, but things could have gone better. My moms meal came out and it was ice cold (a hot dish) and by the time the waiter came around everyone was nearly finished eating so she sent it back without getting something else. We also ordered an appetizer and for the price, an egg roll sampler, it was basically 4 rolls cut in half. We got a hot crab dip also and the bread slices that came with it where practically inedible due to how hard and burnt they where.“

“I visited the mentor location yesterday evening for two subs . I would have liked to have ordered online but my phone was dead so I walked in and asked the front desk if they could check 2 phone numbers, I wasn't sure which one and I wanted to see if I had rewards. I was told they could only check one. Then I was told that I was eligible for $2 off an Italian sub and or a free iced tea. I understand the $2 off an Italian sub but not sure why I had to order specifically an iced tea. I asked if I could get something else and I was told no. Then I ordered it to go which is normally what I do . When I got home both subs were incorrect with toppings and bread. I requested cheese on both and neither one came with cheese and one had the wrong kind of bread. Also I was the only one in the restaurant at that time with three employees. One employee only made my order. I was in there from start to finish a good 20 minutes which I thought was excessive for two subs.

We love DiBella's except for the price so when our order is wrong it's very frustrating. We go maybe once a month and it seems like within the last year we've had to call in a complaint a couple few times , so this is really getting old.“
