I love this place, its my favorite place to get a sub. They have the best oil too. The cookies are delicious for anyone with a sweet tooth. May have just been overwhelmed or understaffed but an online order meant to be ready before 5:30 still isn't ready as we near 6:15. Orders from people walking in seem to take precedence over online orders as people who arrived and ordered after I arrived have received their food. Two other people were waiting with me and expressed similar delays for their online orders and another arrived while we were waiting.
