The staff was so kind. My friend tried a new drink and she did not care for it. The manager came to the table and offered a replacement.

This has always been a very nice Panera. Friendly staff and plenty of seating inside and out. My breakfast sandwich was good. I would give five stars but the bathroom at 7:30 in the morning was disgusting. Toilet, urinal and sick were gross.

Panera Bread is a clean and welcoming restaurant with a comfortable atmosphere, making it a great spot for studying or grabbing a bite to eat. The food is consistently satisfying. Some customers have noted that food portions have gotten really small, with a soup bowl maybe a quarter full and a sandwich burnt and small. Prices are high, with $17 for a pick 2, drink, and cookie. The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous, with one young man praised for working hard on keeping the dining area well cleaned. Some employees are not the friendliest, and the iced tea can be bitter, with the bubbler not looking like it is cleaned very often. The air conditioning needs to be fixed, as it has been hot and stuffy. The location is wheelchair accessible.
