“Just wanted give a BIG shout out to Olive Garden who hosted my aunt’s birthday dinner last night and with a party of 16 Server Ryan and crew were exceptional at making sure everyone was happy from start to finish. All the meals were well made and the salads were fresh and nicely chilled.
Definitely recommend this restaurant at the Cuyahoga Falls location for anyone looking for a great place to have a larger size dinner party.“

“The food was delicious and the service was friendly and prompt. I would have given 5 stars, but we didn't get blue cheese sauce for the wings, and my wing order included only drumettes (no wingettes, which are my favorite). I ordered mild buffalo wings and they were tasty. Hubby ordered garlic parmesan and he said they were very good. The side salad was very fresh.

We ordered a small thin crust with pepperoni and green olives, and the cauliflower crust with pepperoni and mushrooms. Both crusts were crispy. Strangely cut into tiny pieces.

Two other comments:
1) the place was empty when we arrived at 6:30 p.m., so we were concerned that the food would be terrible (it was not).
2) the pizza had cornmeal on the bottom, which I don't care for (yes, I know why it's there, but the pizzeria I worked at in NY didn't use it, so it's not completely necessary).“

“One of my favorite places to eat. Everything I've ever had there has Benn good but my all time favorite go to is the pick two with a Bacon Turkey Bravo and broccoli cheese soup. They have the best breads and baked goods of any chain. They've made a lot of menu changes“

“Restaurant is clean, the staff is very friendly! Even when busy they get your order out as fast as possible. Ive been here during the day and evening and staff on both shifts is great. Ive never had an issue with the food either. Food has always been great. Also the restaurant is always decorated for the holidays so its a cozy atmosphere on the inside!“

“I will be honest, I haven’t eaten there yet but just had the greatest experience that restored my faith in humanity just a little bit. I was in the Akron area for training with TNVC and I assume my iPad was stolen. Today it pinged at someone’s house and then it pinged in the parking lot of the Basement a few hours after I locked it and left a message for the would be thief. I called and spoke with Stephanie, and after explaining what had happened she was king enough to walk to the parking lot while I pinged it. The thief had dumped my iPad in the dumpster, thankfully not too deep. I just wanted to say that Stephanie was amazing for being such a good person and helping someone with no expectation of receiving anything in return. Next time my family and I are in the Akron/waterloo area I will make sure I patronize The Basement if only to help repay a bit of the kindness shown! This is how a neighborhood restaurant does it!“

Once inside we were greeted me a smile and the most Friendly staff. My wait was about 20 min which was well worth it. My pizza was Unbelievably Fresh you could just taste all the Love that went in to making it. Regina's definitely has an old world feel with Flavor to match. “Ordering food for my family is not always easy due to the allergies and food intolerances some of us have. The Altieri's in Stow does an exceptional job when it comes to being allergy-conscious though. My father suffers from a wide variety of food allergies, and the staff at Altieri's always takes the time to talk with me and check to make sure that the pizza I order for him will be safe. We've never had a problem thanks to their diligence, and we've ordered from them many times. They also have a gluten-free pizza available for my wife and daughter who both have celiac disease. Not only is the food safe, but everything we've ordered always comes out terrific. I really appreciate the level of attention and detail the staff uses when preparing our food.“

“Anything I've ever tried off the menu here has been delicious. They have specials for each day and I recommend trying the special of the day. Also they make great drinks ! I recommend the Jamaican Mule, I get it every time, it's delicious. Food wise you can't go wrong. The owner throws down in the kitchen, especially with the seafood and burgers. Talk about good seasoning, everything's seasoned delightfully. My favorites so far are the Shrimp Quesadillas (Tuesday is quesadilla day) , their Summit Lake fries and every Friday is fish Friday with a great deal on yellow tailed perch fried to perfection. Management and office is great they respond in timely a manner & will help solve any problem if you contact them about it. When I moved in the place was looking a mess and it isn’t management fault, but the people in the unit isn’t keeping up with the place.“
