Delivery guy left a voicemail on my elderly mothers phone telling her to “answer the f***ing phone “ apparently he was lost but that’s still no reason to cuss out a customer my sons going to be there in the morning to show the manager. Absolutely not okay at all
I ordered a small pepperoni pizza at 6:37 pm tonight on 07/19,. I was told 35 minutes, got there at least 10 -15 minutes early. my pizza looks like it was made 2 hours ago. DEFINATELY not a freshly made pizza. if you want a fresh pizza,definitely go some place else. I'm done with this place!
Horrible customer service my friend was told there would be a credit for the bad pizza that she received from there, called to get her credit and they threw it out, why even offer a credit if your not going to honor it, you now have lost two customer's, so if they do offer you a credit you best have it in writing!!
