“The food was really good. Actually a little better than the rest of any Pizza Hut I've been to. Service was friendly and there seemed to be plenty of staff. As for the atmosphere, I'm sure it was fine but I used the drive through window. I just wanted to give a full five stars because the food was extra crispy without being overly cooked.“

“I will be honest, I haven’t eaten there yet but just had the greatest experience that restored my faith in humanity just a little bit. I was in the Akron area for training with TNVC and I assume my iPad was stolen. Today it pinged at someone’s house and then it pinged in the parking lot of the Basement a few hours after I locked it and left a message for the would be thief. I called and spoke with Stephanie, and after explaining what had happened she was king enough to walk to the parking lot while I pinged it. The thief had dumped my iPad in the dumpster, thankfully not too deep. I just wanted to say that Stephanie was amazing for being such a good person and helping someone with no expectation of receiving anything in return. Next time my family and I are in the Akron/waterloo area I will make sure I patronize The Basement if only to help repay a bit of the kindness shown! This is how a neighborhood restaurant does it!“

“We got the hot honey pizza. It was our first experience here. I'm in love! I usually get extra cheese and extra sauce because I hate dry pizza but didn't just to see how the place worked. And I'm actually shocked how well the pizza tasted! I'm just blown away. Really good ratio of sauce and cheese and the crust was so crispy and tasty. Destiny, Crystal,Ahisah and DJ All went above and beyond. Everything was ready for my pickup for lunch, hot and great tasting. Definitely using the Streetsboro Wingstop again.“

“Anything I've ever tried off the menu here has been delicious. They have specials for each day and I recommend trying the special of the day. Also they make great drinks ! I recommend the Jamaican Mule, I get it every time, it's delicious. Food wise you can't go wrong. The owner throws down in the kitchen, especially with the seafood and burgers. Talk about good seasoning, everything's seasoned delightfully. My favorites so far are the Shrimp Quesadillas (Tuesday is quesadilla day) , their Summit Lake fries and every Friday is fish Friday with a great deal on yellow tailed perch fried to perfection. This place is tastier than any sit down restaurant in the area trust me. 10/10“

“I've always loved their dinners. They never disappoint. Although the hot sauce I like it mild but it's a little spicy for me but I eat it with the slaw and it's not so bad. I always get the chicken dinner with at least 5 pieces. So good!“

“I went in and picked up 2 pizzas between 430 and 5 o'clock. I actually called the manager over and told him that I think this is one of the cleanest pizza shops that I have seen in a long time. It's an open type pantry kitchen where you can look in there and see what's going on. At all times the workers were all cleanly dressed and they had either hair nets on or they had ski hats on so they did not get hair in the food. We ordered their garden sprain in a 16 inch with pepperoni, and also ordered a cauliflower 12 inch. With half pepperoni in the garden pizza, it was very delicious and I would highly recommend it.“

“I only order about 6 pizzas a year. I make a good one. I have been ordering here for a year. Used to be a big fan of the local Gioninos. Over decades, constant orders wrong, rude or hour late delivery. Dominos is great. The pizza is always hot, as ordered and early. The delivery people are professional and pleasant. It is not the Dominos I grew up with. I did have one issue that I think was user error. When I contacted them to adjust the bill, they were responsive, timely and professional.“
