I have went there over 50 years. I had coupons where you buy 11 dinners and get one free. New owners will not honor them. Guess I will go to White House. That shows no respect or gratitude to customers.
Regular Customer Beware: the absolute rudest woman ever working the register (dark hair with foreign accent) stated they changed their rewards cards and will not honor the card I had completed from eating there. Then she would not apply the 3 dinners I purchased towards "the new rewards" program.
It's too bad the chicken tastes great and our waitress was amazing. Then end the dinner with to bad your loyalty of 51 years means nothing.
We have been going to Belgrade Gardens for years. We order chicken and dumplings every other Sunday durning football season. We easily spend $160 per order or $320 per month. I started going here with my GREAT Grandmother.
We had two coupons that had free chicken dinners. When I called to put in my order, I told the NEW manager and he said We don’t take those anymore. They are invalid. I was like “whatever”. But then I thought about it and it was just the point...read full review
