“The wife and I made a day trip to Akron to pick up something and thought we’d stop in for breakfast. Very friendly staff. Seated promptly and the waitress reviewed the specials and let us look at the menu for a minute. The owner came out and talked about some of the specials and brought us a sample treat. We ordered a couple of the eggs Benedict daily specials (one was the classic and the other was corned beef). We upgraded the hash browns to Mystic potatoes (cheesy hash browns). Everything was delicious! The cheesy hash browns were phenomenal and the Benedicts were both very good. My wife also got some pancakes which were cooked perfectly! There was enough food to bring some home for tomorrow! Highly recommend!“

“I put 4 stars for service, but only because the servers are tending tables and the bar. I know they bust their butts and we appreciate them! I would like to see faster service for tables, but again, I understsnd. Great people, atmosphere. Prices went up over the years , but that is everywhere. Still worth a membership! We go often! “We live in NC and when we visit Akron, the first place we head to is Belgrades. For many many years now, the men’s bathroom has needed to be renovated. It is somewhat unsafe, with the toilet being so low. A handrail was added but the bathroom could be improved. We just make sure we don’t have to go. Food is wonderful and so is the service.“

“I stopped in on Saturday, looking for some soup… sadly, no soup, buuuuttttt, an excellent steak special. $13.99 for a pretty hefty piece of meat, choice of potato, and salad. It was delicious! She had a menu for me within hours, very professionally put together. On the day of, she came in plenty of time to setup...and The FOOD was beyond my expectations. My guest raved about evey dish. LaCole is top tier and I am grateful to have a Chef and Caterer like her to call on!“

“Anything I've ever tried off the menu here has been delicious. They have specials for each day and I recommend trying the special of the day. Also they make great drinks ! I recommend the Jamaican Mule, I get it every time, it's delicious. Food wise you can't go wrong. The owner throws down in the kitchen, especially with the seafood and burgers. Talk about good seasoning, everything's seasoned delightfully. My favorites so far are the Shrimp Quesadillas (Tuesday is quesadilla day) , their Summit Lake fries and every Friday is fish Friday with a great deal on yellow tailed perch fried to perfection. This place is tastier than any sit down restaurant in the area trust me. 10/10“

“Stopped at Papa Joe's for a late lunch while on a bus trip from the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad. There were 46 of us and the chicken parmesan was do moist and tender. we are were served in a timely manner. It was hot and delicious plenty for everyone to have a full belly. It is well worth the stop. No wonder Diane puts it on her itinerary when her trips are nearby. The staff were all very attentive to all our needs.“

“rockne’s has been my favorite restaurant since i was a kid. they closed all the closest ones to me so now we drive 40 minutes just to go to this one because it’s amazing every time!!! the service is amazing and the food always comes out quickly. the food is delicious every time, and they give huge portion of fries. the prices are also incredibly fair for how much food you get. i’ll always come back to rockne’s and i wish there were still more of them closer to us!!“

“Second time visiting Twisted Olive and will be back! The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy, and the outdoor grounds and patio are beautiful. It’s a great place for a date night but also would be perfect for larger groups. The salmon entree was especially delicious! As was the tiramisu and cheesecake.“

Today I told myself that the red velvet cupcake would determine whether I ever tried another of their gf baked goods. I used to love this place in the Wellness Center, when the cafe was 100% gluten free, and the red velvet cupcakes, scones and muffins were exceptional. Thought I’d spare a gluten free soul by sharing my experiences.“

“I had nice experience here. Menu was not overwhelming and had a lil of everything. I got the Shrimp Fra Diavolo, which was excellent. Shrimp were a great size and sauce was delicious. They also had a specialty entree and drink menu that day and I got a Pomelo. Would definitely go back.“

I’d say slightly lower than average. I paid $10 for Cornbeef hash, and that came with 3 eggs, and potatoes plus two slices of toast! Plus the CBH was not greasy! Try this place!“
