Great food, great environment, topped off with great service!
rockne’s has been my favorite restaurant since i was a kid. they closed all the closest ones to me so now we drive 40 minutes just to go to this one because it’s amazing every time!!! the service is amazing and the food always comes out quickly. the food is delicious every time, and they give huge portion of fries. the prices are also incredibly fair for how much food you get. i’ll always come back to rockne’s and i wish there were still more of them closer...read full review

Rockne's in Fairlawn is an old-fashioned place with a pub bar atmosphere, though quiet at lunch. The menu offers lots of options and nice variety, so no matter what someone is in the mood for, they probably have it. The Cuban black bean soup is absolutely perfect, and the side salad is also amazing. The Terminator sub with fries, mushroom soup, and burgers are favorites. However, the Firestone salad is not good at this location, as the chicken was tough. The ranch is nasty. Food is generally a step up from bar food, though some find it not that great and were disappointed. Staff is friendly, polite, and service is fast. A younger guy provided happy service, and one nameless gentleman at the bar carefully checked a pickup order, noticing missing bacon bits and filling a container with them. Small things matter. The Firestone salad is the best thing on the menu, best with buffalo, but get it without tomato, with extra cheese, and sub hard boiled egg for pita.
