Big shout out to the manager Chris for fixing my order tonight. Def will be ordering again soon. Thanks guys
Phenomenal customer service!!! We ordered takeout and the dip didn’t make it. We called back to let them know and were told they would refund us. We didn’t see the refund in our credit card account so we followed up. They were very apologetic and receptive to making sure we were taken care of and happy!! Fairlawn really gives amazing service!
Ordered a pizza with garlic sauce over the phone and I received a red sauce pizza with garlic sauce on the side. Manager was super cool and swapped it out. Definitely a good crew here
