We ordered when we came in-there was no line when we came in. At 30 minutes, an announcement was made for a different buzzer #, but kid checked the window anyway. At 50 minutes, I went to the kitchen with our buzzer still not activated. They said it had been waiting at least 20 minutes (was cold and nasty looking so it was probably longer). Waited in line to cash in tickets. The whole system had gone down therefore the children could not get prices! Service was super slow even when we walked in... How to stand at the door. Waiting for someone to check us in for a good 7 to 10 minutes.

I went with my granddaughters for a Birthday party. It was great!! They had so much fun. Chuck e cheese came out and danced with the kids!! Wonderful!! The only bad thing was the price. VERY expensive!!
