I went with my granddaughters for a Birthday party. It was great!! They had so much fun. Chuck e cheese came out and danced with the kids!! Wonderful!! The only bad thing was the price. VERY expensive!!

Took my kids here to finish off their spring break, and the customer service was a bit weird. Gave the young lady at the register exact change, and she had the nerve to tell me “you don’t need the change since your giving $100 bill.” A bit confused, I told her “I gave exact change, because I didn’t want change back.” She didn’t know how to complete this sale and had to call a supervisor. This young lady, had the nerve to ask me “were you the one that gave all this money.” At this point I’m so confused, and answered her “yes”. Chuckie cheese should improve their front end training. Especially with the changes made over the years that seam to be more of a money pit then it’s ever been. The pizza is amazing.

We ordered when we came in-there was no line when we came in. At 30 minutes, an announcement was made for a different buzzer #, but kid checked the window anyway. At 50 minutes, I went to the kitchen with our buzzer still not activated. They said it had been waiting at least 20 minutes (was cold and nasty looking so it was probably longer). She said buzzers don't always work (I totally get it.) Then said they made an announcement for our number which was absolutely untrue-they called a different number (#1, ours was 35). They agreed to remake which only took 10 minutes so not sure why first one took so long or how long it sat. Of course they called #34 as I was walking away from the window, as well. No need to be untruthful about the announcement. I never left the table and had been listening the entire time. For what I paid, shouldn't have to eat cold pizza.*Edit- The site given in the reply was to take survey about my experience if I had the receipt. Save yourself the time and go to a different location.

The music was loud you couldn’t even talk to someone sitting right next to you!! The pizza was cold when served. There wasn’t any one watching the salad bar. The hostess we had did a decent job. When the mouse came out to sing Happy Birthday (the door opened the song came on had no chance to get child ready) to side by side party the Happy Birthday song already started playing before the hostess had half the candle's lit so the only video (which had to deleted) was of her reaching across the child so you couldn’t even see them blow out what candles were lit. No video of them blowing out candles and no Happy Birthday song. Very disappointed with that considering it was a one time only memory. The mouse walked around and gave hugs but was not fun or entertaining at all isn’t that the whole point of seeing him? I bought two of the plastic cups $10 but didn’t want the soda in cups because I was taking them home. I asked for a paper cup to put the soda in (which I paid for) and she refused wanted to charge me full price of another drink just for a paper cup. So I paid for soda I couldn’t have. I will never spend that much money to go there again. I would never recommend any one I know to go there. We had 45 in our party. It’s supposed to be a fun happy experience but the people working there had the personality of sadness and depressing attitudes. If you asked a question or needed something they acted like it was a pain in the butt.Very very disappointed!!!

Waited in line to cash in tickets. The whole system had gone down therefore the children could not get prices! Service was super slow even when we walked in... How to stand at the door. Waiting for someone to check us in for a good 7 to 10 minutes.

Kid-friendliness: The location did not open at 11am as posted. The first employee showed up late and did not have the ability to open the register. The manager showed up shortly after the first employee. The skee ball machines do not score properly. They short the scores. When cashing in tickets the girl was rude and could not add properly.

Kid-friendliness: This is a super cute place to take small and big kids. Only complaint i had at the west Market branch just recently we had a great time but when me, my 2yr and 3yr old went to leave the baby jumped in front of another family and was allowed to exit lol if course I stopped him but they have these safety check stamps that is supposed to match up per family...yet ours were never checked! I used to feel a little better about safety there if a kid left my view for a moment. Now not at all

Literally the best Chuck E. Cheese. We had our son's 4th birthday party there, staff was incredible and so kind. Everything was clean. The best location I've been to.
