“After our daughter told us about Pierres and from where Mr. Pierre came from, it was a must go. My wife and I with our son and daughter n law and our grandkids went about a month or so ago. First time I ever been in a restaurant in almost 51 years I was not treated like a customer we were treated like family. “The ONLY reason for four starts on the food is the quantity of grease/oil that is on the pizza. It’s a lot of oil and would definitely be 5star if they can find a way to get the pizza to be the same but deduct how much oil is used so the bottoms of the slices aren’t so wet in the oil. Even then the pizza is still a solid four! High recommend this place for pizza.“

Definitely a new pizza discovery : pepperoni madness , what meaty perfect blend of different varieties of pepperoni,& we drizzled a side of hot honey on our slices and it was delicious!

“Yesterday 5/4/24 ordered a Bacon, lettuce tomato sandwich and a grilled chicken salad. The sandwich was great, but whoever made my salad did a outstanding job. “We had a really nice experience at Vaccaro’s Trattoria. The restaurant is spacious and can comfortably accommodate parties of different sizes. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, which we really appreciated, you can actually have a conversation without loud music in the background.

The menu has a great variety of options, from pasta and pizza to chicken and seafood entrees. We started with an appetizer platter that came with olives, hummus, and bread, and everything was extremely tasty. It was also surprisingly filling while we waited for our entrees.

For our main dishes, we ordered a pizza and the Diavolo pasta, and both were delicious! Everything came out well-cooked, flavorful, and fresh. We really enjoyed the food, ambience, and service throughout our visit.

Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend Vaccaro’s Trattoria if you’re looking for a nice Italian restaurant in the Akron area. Just keep in mind that prices are on the higher side, we spent around $70 per person, but the overall experience was very enjoyable.“

“I only order about 6 pizzas a year. I make a good one. I have been ordering here for a year. Used to be a big fan of the local Gioninos. Over decades, constant orders wrong, rude or hour late delivery. Dominos is great. The pizza is always hot, as ordered and early. The delivery people are professional and pleasant. It is not the Dominos I grew up with. I did have one issue that I think was user error. When I contacted them to adjust the bill, they were responsive, timely and professional.“

“If you want something more than the typical hospital cafeteria food, then try Virtues. They are located on the ground floor of Akron Summa hospital. I am at the hospital because a family member is having surgery, and this restaurant was recommended by the desk staff. You walk to the counter and order. They give you a buzzer that signals you when the order is ready. I had the signature BLT and a side Ceasar salad. The salad was good size, lettuce was crisp and fresh. The BLT is served on sourdough bread and had a chitpotle mayo that gave it a good flavor and just a tinge of heat. For expecting "hospital" food, this was a pleasant surprise. It cost me just under $20 for the sandwich, salad, and a fountain drink.“

I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce to go for my home bound husband. I was disappointed that it did not come with bread nor salad. I didn’t have much time to check the prices but was a little shocked when my total bill was $31.70. Since you do not offer an item receipt, I have no way of checking the individual pricing.
