“Old location was a favorite, but the new location is even better. Much bigger space that is really fun while still feeling intimate. Food is as creative and well done as any place in northeast Ohio. Fine dining presentation and flare while still giving excellent portions. Service was great. Place was clean and well kept. Highly recommend! Try the Black BBQ Tofu while you can, even if not a vegetarian. It’s unreal!

My only issue would be they are not very attentive with the community table, but despite that I don’t mind a little wait for some hot fresh breakfast and with Christmas right around the corner I’d expect a little wait. The potatoes were very tasty along with the egg sandwich. I for sure plan on going back to try more. The menu has so many unique things on it including the ricotta pancakes. Every serve there was very nice and lovely!“

“I have mixed reviews. I used to love Crave and would go specifically for the tomato cheese soup. It was the absolute best! Last few times I've been there (throughout spring/summer) the soup has been horrible. Not sure if recipe has changed or what the issue is but it almost tastes old and burnt. The other food I've had is good but I go specifically for the soup. Probably won't be back anymore sadly.“

I recently rented out the banquet room for a special event, it’s a no brainer I practically live there! This experience exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Special shout out to Carla who intuitively graced all of my needs said and unsaid. This woman deserves a raise. “Food was good but the guy with the ponytail at the restaurant was rude I was asking about if they had the T-Shirts in a large I was very polite and the guy was like hold your horses I am making your food I am sorry but I work in the food business and I would never talk to a customer rudely and this was my first time at this place and it didn’t feel welcoming and I won’t come back if staff will be rude! “I've been to this location many times and have always loved it. Unfortunately, I went on Tuesday and had a bad experience. My brother, husband, and I went for dinner. There was a waiter who was obviously new to his position and English isn't his first language. He tried so hard, but kept coming back because he didn't understand the customization on my husband's order. There were four people working in the kitchen, and we were the only table, but no one thought to come up and try to help to understand, instead you could just hear them be frustrated every time he went back to re-explain. He was working so hard as well being the only one cleaning up the dining room. He was taking out the trash, cleaning the floors, etc.

Our food ended up coming and my tilapia was overcooked around the edges, but tasted a bit undercooked. I ended up cutting it in half and it was actually partially raw, as you can see from the picture. I sent it back, thinking they would finish cooking it and give it back, but it never came. My brother, who i was eating with, asked the waiter, who told us they removed it from our bill, but didn't say anything else until we pressed. He then said that they threw it out and i wasn't getting a replacement meal. I hadn't even touched my rice yet. He asked if I wanted to order something else, but I took a glance at the kitchen and decided against it. We stopped by the drive through at McDonald's so I could get fries instead.“
