“We always wanted to check this place out and finally went there for our wedding anniversary. Very pleased with experience. The food was amazing, the chef and owner came to check on everything which was very delightful. Great seeing the entire family taking care of business. Two twin boys were hosting and doing outstanding job at the young age. Will plan on coming back! Only 3 stars for the service since we did not get our water glasses refilled the entire night, had to ask multiple times for that.“

“Found this place on a whim and placed a custom order ahead for cupcakes and cake pops. They turned out beautiful and tasted even better! The premium cupcake fill is definitely worth it and very reasonably priced imo. I ended up also getting a premade cupcake to use as a smash cake and it was perfect, but the pricing for a custom smash cake is also very reasonable. I would 10/10 recommend and would order from here again. The gentleman at the counter for pick up was also very friendly and everything at the counter looked delicious!“

“I live here in beautiful Medina. Cool Beans is a staple for me. They satisfy all my cravings. The food is delicious. But the beverages are beyond. So many combinations, options, flavors. The possibilities are abundant! They do seasonal flavors an foods. I recently got on a matcha obsession && wow Elise at cool beans is my go to girl for my matcha. Im a sweet tooth girl so I loaded up my cup - pumpkin spice, marshmellow, brown sugar && some cold foam.. now Elise remembered my order legit after seeing me 2 times && even customized my drink && it was 💯 better than I had had it previously made by anyone else. Such a beautiful welcoming soul makes me smile everytime I see her && get my matcha desires filled. I love to go to cool beans to get work done, take friends from out of town to go an hang out in the square an get a delicious beverage ☕ , or even take a class! They offer baking classes an much more! Coffee && soup flights are top tier here. So many delicious options its a must visit in medina!“

Her 50th birthday party was absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough about the food, the service and most of all Chef Anthony. We couldn’t have picked a better place to hold her party. “Every time I do go there, something is wrong with the order. Today I got a half sandwich and a half salad. My bread was half the size of my turkey. Disappointing. Tasted good. Employees seemed lost. Not sure if they were in training. Or not. Come on panera bring back the sandwiches and menue choices that made you who you are.“
