Service was with a smile and they really pile on the ice cream and timings. But I found the ice cream by itself pretty average. Might be I didn’t choose the right flavour. Couldn’t find much of a difference from any other chain.“

The food was amazing, the chef and owner came to check on everything which was very delightful. Great seeing the entire family taking care of business. “Great experience with Chris I believe was their name, one of the GMs. I came in with my grandparents for the first time and she saw us look a little confused, and jumped right in to explain how it works. She even came around the counter while we ordered to check on us, and throughout the meal. I was a caterer for several years and Chris provided nothing short of exemplary service and care for their customers, which is not something you always expect at fast casual spots. “I can’t begin to say enough good things about this little bakery. One, they’re inclusive by having vegan and gluten free items. As someone with a dairy allergy, this is heaven sent! I always find things for my husband, but it’s difficult to get myself a little treat at times because of no DF options.

Honey Bee Bakery is beyond adorable in aesthetics. They have a large picture window, table, bookshelf, and chairs you can sit and people watch. It’s also in Medina Commons so there’s extra tables and chairs right outside the shop.

Customer service? Stellar. Friendly, helpful, even asked if I wanted my husband’s normal sweets separated from my DF sweets. Now that is a respectful shop! Prices were very, very reasonable for what you get.

I got my husband a buckeye bar and lemon bar. For myself, two vegan brownies and a churro muffin. Haven’t tried the muffin yet. However, I do recommend splitting a vegan brownie 4 ways. It’s so thick and decadent I’m still nibbling on my first one. Heat it up in the microwave for 10 seconds, and it just melts in your mouth.

“I visited the store today. I got 5 macarons with my fiancé. The clerk was really nice and told us about their ingredients and offerings. The macarons are excellent and so satisfying to eat. Real eggs, milk and butter!

I was also informed on Wednesday they run a promotion for 4 cupcakes/ macarons for $15.

“10/10 great aladdins
i called last night 930pm 3/31 and i spoke to a worker who directed me to a STELLAR manager. my power was out all night & she was very knowledgeable on my allergy (celiac disease). its very difficult to find safe eats for gluten allergy with cross contamination and risks of not knowing immediately if my body will be harmed by the food. i believe the restaurant closed at 10pm & this manager was awesome in accommodating me even so late at night and working with me on the phone for allergy requests because of door dash barriers. kudos to the chef, the worker who got her manager & definitely the manager herself!!! so thankful to have a full belly in such a crazy day. the manager even said the chef had cleaned off their cutting boards so it would for sure be safe for celiac cross contamination & the chef would just re-clean them after. thanks so much team!!!! great job!!!!“

“I like the industrial atmosphere inside of the place. My wife and I both got walleye fish frys. They were $20 a piece and maybe I'm spoiled because I'm from the Milwaukee area, but the three midsize pieces of walleye really didn't cut it. There could have been at least one more piece. I felt like I paid $5 for fish and 15 for french fries The waitress was attentive and pleasant.“

The Minestrone soup was really good, and even though my husband had soup instead of salad with his entree, our waiter still brought us the large salad bowl.
