We used to love The Rail, but it has drastically gone downhill. The menu is now very limited and service is terrible despite not being busy at all.
Our service for a family with children under 8 was horrific. Our server would walk by and just yell if we needed anything. Not social aspect of service. No thanks. Food is great.
Not friendly at all ignored us the whole time.
