Great Applebee's food wise. Our waiter was rather standoffish. And we had to wait a bit due to staffing issues. But the food was awesome for an Applebee's.
Love Applebee's in Benton Harbor, MI! Really sassy, but pleasantly kind staff that make decompression after work easy!
Right when we walked in Anna was a sweetheart she had great customer service. However our waiter troy had made us wait 30 minutes without anything to drink or even our food ordered. We had sat down at 7:50pm and then it was already around 9pm when we got our food and decided to get another appetizer he was so rude when we asked to order everything at once.
