Food was nicely prepared and fresh tasting. My steak was very tender and deliciously juicy! My wife enjoyed her mushroom/Swiss burger, and her appetizer of chicken won ton tacos.Nice specialty drinks at the bar and a good selection of beers. The service was fine.Parking: Lots of free parking, plenty of handicapped spots too.Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot and main entrance is wheelchair accessible.
To say our experience was terrible is an understatement.. we were seated fairly quickly, 5 minutes later the hostess came and took our drink ours, then said someone would be around shortly... after 20 minutes of no server coming to our table, one of my party went and told the servers that we needed someone to take our order. They said ok. Then 5-10 minutes later sent the hostess back over where she proceeded to tell us she's going to take our order because " nobody wants to take your guys order"... she says how's she's not a server so she's going to do the best she can do. I'm confused as to why none of the servers wanted to serve us. We did nothing wrong, at all. We were nice, friendly people. We asked for the manager, whom then came over and we explained the situation, she apologized, we said how we felt uncomfortable because it felt like everyone was now staring at us and she then told us to not leave to wait there, she's going to check on our food then she'll be back to talk with us.... after 10 more minutes of her being gone we just left. We wasted about 45 minutes- an hour with 3 children, 1, 4, and 7 and never even got served. All the servers continued to take everyone's orders at the tables around us but blatantly ignored us.No, we were not sat in a none seating section. The hostess specifically said no server wanted to take our order. I've NEVER experienced this kind of service, or lack there of, in my entire life. I felt sad, embarrassed and upset about this whole situation, then to have to walk starving kids out after they were excited to eat at applebees was just awful!!I am appald by this restaurant and have never experienced this before.

We came on a Saturday night, we were seated right away but waited 8 minutes for the waiter to come over. When we told him this, he said “gotcha, gotcha”. Then we ordered food and he didn’t even ask if we wanted drinks. We were sitting there for 40Minutes and he did not check on us once. The food came and he didn’t bring the main meal for someone and said it would be out shortly. we had to go up to the hostess which brought us the burger and said “sorry about that, someone was supposed to grab it and never did” then my boyfriends burger did not have pickles on it. the waiter has not asked us how we were doing after the food either.

Our server (Josh) was great, you could tell they were way understaffed and half the employees were confused. The food was pretty lousy. I got the riblets and they were poorly cooked, skimpy and a small portion. No wonder Applebee's is in such decline.

Waiter couldn't be bothered to do actual work. All you can eat ribs and they're essentially rib tips and they "refill" 2 at a time. Watched the bartender make my drink and waited 20 minutes to actually get it. This was at like 6 on a weeknight so not busy at all. Waiter just oozed disdain for his job.
This is an exquisite Applebee’s. I went here for dinner and was immensely satisfied with my experience because of its excellent service. I walked into this Applebee’s and was seated at a table, where I was greeted by a jovial male waiter with long, curly hair (I am unfortunately stricken with the displeasure of not possessing the ability to have recollected his name to store within my thoughts). I ordered a lemonade with no ice, which tasted good, and the boneless wings with extra hot buffalo sauce and a side of french fries. The chicken wings tasted good, and there were a lot more than I thought there would be, which was nice. After eating dinner I checked out the restaurant’s bathroom, which was quite clean. After using it I left, satisfied with my experience. I gave this Applebee’s five stars because it has good food and I received excellent service here. My waiter was nice, funny, and efficient, the holy trinity of what everybody should strive for within themselves.Parking: There’s a free parking lot surrounding the restaurant.
