“The biggest advantage to the rails burgers is the beef! You can taste the freshness of the meat . Most places buy their beef frozen from the same wholesaler (nothing special) they try to set themselves apart by creating their own sauce but a great burger starts with fresh beef which the rail has perfected .“

“I travel often for work and eat out often enough so I experience a lot of good restaurants. I've been here a couple times and I will stop in whenever I'm in the area. The good has been good, steaks cooked the way I ordered and tasted great. Good wine and liquor selection. Nice atmosphere and good service. I've had Mark at the bar both times and he's been awesome. Good attitude and when I showed up later in the day, he didn't rush me. Let me enjoy my meal and drinks and had a good conversation with him even though I held him up late.“

“My wife had my 65th birthday party there on Feb.6th, we had the back bar reserved, food was spot on wings ,Mac and cheese, salad , sub sandwich done perfectly. “My order was drive thru so I can't comment on atmosphere. The line was packed. So it was no surprise I was directed to pull forward and wait for my food. Considering that the burgers are made to order, everyone received their food in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was very pleasant and even went above and beyond to let me order items I had forgotten even though it was close to closing time and there was still a line.“

“We came here for dinner on a Sunday evening. When we arrived, there was a line at the door. The hostess told us the wait would be 10–15 minutes, but unfortunately, we ended up waiting for 40 minutes.

By that point, we didn’t really have the option of going somewhere else because we had already waited so long. The food was decent, but I don’t think I would come back.

The restaurant really needs to improve its service. There were many empty tables inside, yet there was still a long line of people waiting by the door. Since it was a Sunday, they should have been better prepared. Management should seriously reconsider the quality and organization of their customer service.“
