“The biggest advantage to the rails burgers is the beef! You can taste the freshness of the meat . Most places buy their beef frozen from the same wholesaler (nothing special) they try to set themselves apart by creating their own sauce but a great burger starts with fresh beef which the rail has perfected .“

“My wife had my 65th birthday party there on Feb.6th, we had the back bar reserved, food was spot on wings ,Mac and cheese, salad , sub sandwich done perfectly. Heather was our bartender killed it with great!!! Service and was also very helpful with the setup and organizing. Couldn’t have ask for more! Thanks also to Betta for her help also! “Always on point and consistently great. Sat out on the lovely patio and enjoyed the fresh air. The service was outstanding and the quality of the food was excellent. Will come back again and again. The seafood is always fresh and the Smoked Prime Rib, on Friday, Saturday, and Sundays is always cooked perfect. Get there early because it runs out.“

“On 7/20/26 my wife and I had our private wedding family dinner at longhorn. The staff was out of this world. Service was perfect, food was outstanding. From the GM to managers, servers, and the hostess, they made our day extra special. The dessert was the bonus. Thanks again to everyone at longhorn Strongsville, OH. God bless everyone of you guys!“

The food selection is genuinely impressive, with a wide variety of options that make it easy for everyone at the table to find something they’ll love. One thing that stood out to us was how allergy‑friendly the restaurant is. It can be difficult to find places that take dietary needs seriously, but the staff here was knowledgeable, attentive, and made us feel completely comfortable. It’s clear they put real thought into accommodating all guests.
The unlimited coffee at the table was another huge plus—fresh, hot, and refilled without us ever having to ask. For families, the kid‑friendly options make dining here even easier. There were plenty of choices that our kids enjoyed, and the welcoming atmosphere made the experience stress‑free.
On top of all that, the service was excellent. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, quick, and genuinely seemed to care about creating a positive experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!“

“I don't eat out much but this is 1 of the few places I go to when I eat out. Service is usually great. The last few times my order has been messed up (wrong side or different mix ins for the concrete then what I ordered)
Tonight the service wasn't good, I don't know if the speaker system wasn't working right or the person on drive-thru was having a rough day but they made ordering hard we had to repeat our order multiple times & our order comes to us messed up, we tend to let it slide but I really wanted what I ordered, I tried to go in so it would be a fast fix but the lobby was closed, went back thru the dive-thru and manager on duty remade our order. I am very grateful that the manger fixed the mistake that was made and made the experience better for us to want to return vs before talking to the manager I was close to not wanting to return here ever again.“
