“We did a private party for our 50th wedding anniversary on 9/21/24. Everything was fantastic including the staff, the food and the atmosphere. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. June was super helpful. We grew up in the neighborhood and this was the perfect place. Highly recommend for a private party.“

“The biggest advantage to the rails burgers is the beef! You can taste the freshness of the meat . Most places buy their beef frozen from the same wholesaler (nothing special) they try to set themselves apart by creating their own sauce but a great burger starts with fresh beef which the rail has perfected .“

My daughter ordered the pancakes and I am not a big pancake person but they tasted so good! We love blue sky and will be back for sure!“

“We always wanted to check this place out and finally went there for our wedding anniversary. Very pleased with experience. The food was amazing, the chef and owner came to check on everything which was very delightful. Great seeing the entire family taking care of business. Two twin boys were hosting and doing outstanding job at the young age. Will plan on coming back! Only 3 stars for the service since we did not get our water glasses refilled the entire night, had to ask multiple times for that.“

“I am so disappointed I didn't know about this place sooner. I've lived in and around Berea most of my life and somehow drove past here at least a few times a month without ever noticing it. The owner personally greeted us when we came in, made sure we felt welcomed, our server was fantastic; attentive, accurate with our orders, and also funny, I appreciated that she picked up on the vibe of our table and played off some of our jokes with each other and made sure we never had an empty glass for long. The only reason I can't give a full five stars on the food category is that the clam chowder was, no offense, genuinely one of the worst soups I've ever had in my entire life, but the other soup (Chicken tort.) and all the appetizers I tried, as well as the patty melt I had as my main course were tasty enough to make up for the clam chowder. Reasonably priced beer on tap, diverse food menu with some real interesting options, friendly staff, and a convenient location. I absolutely intend to come back soon.“

“Been here last two times I’ve visited the area. I enjoy the coffee, environment and service. Had the Chicken fried steak this time and it was pretty tasty. Normal American sized portions. Family friendly brunch spot. So many menu options. They have a regular menu and a check style menu where you can customize your meal and had them you “check” for the kitchen.“

I can’t say enough about the level of service we experienced from our waiter (believe his name was AJ), waitress and manager. It was truly second to none and the food as always was fantastic. “I've been going to Mike's Bar & Grille in downtown Berea for a couple of years now, and every time I'm in town I make it a point to stop in. I always look forward to trying their Burger of the Month and whatever new beers they have on tap or cans. The food is consistently good. They also do a nice job rotating monthly specials. They're very pup-friendly too, which has us excited to bring our Goldens along when we make the cross-country drive in the RV this summer. Solid food, great drinks, and a welcoming neighborhood spot. Highly recommend if you're in the Berea area!“
