“We did a private party for our 50th wedding anniversary on 9/21/24. Everything was fantastic including the staff, the food and the atmosphere. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. June was super helpful. We grew up in the neighborhood and this was the perfect place. Highly recommend for a private party.“

“I am so disappointed I didn't know about this place sooner. I've lived in and around Berea most of my life and somehow drove past here at least a few times a month without ever noticing it. The owner personally greeted us when we came in, made sure we felt welcomed, our server was fantastic; attentive, accurate with our orders, and also funny, I appreciated that she picked up on the vibe of our table and played off some of our jokes with each other and made sure we never had an empty glass for long. The only reason I can't give a full five stars on the food category is that the clam chowder was, no offense, genuinely one of the worst soups I've ever had in my entire life, but the other soup (Chicken tort.) and all the appetizers I tried, as well as the patty melt I had as my main course were tasty enough to make up for the clam chowder. Reasonably priced beer on tap, diverse food menu with some real interesting options, friendly staff, and a convenient location. I absolutely intend to come back soon.“

“I've been going to Mike's Bar & Grille in downtown Berea for a couple of years now, and every time I'm in town I make it a point to stop in. I always look forward to trying their Burger of the Month and whatever new beers they have on tap or cans. The food is consistently good. They also do a nice job rotating monthly specials. They're very pup-friendly too, which has us excited to bring our Goldens along when we make the cross-country drive in the RV this summer. Solid food, great drinks, and a welcoming neighborhood spot. Highly recommend if you're in the Berea area!“

“Our meal was great! Kid-friendly. Great service! Comfortable local restaurant that was moderately busy, but not packed and we didn’t have to wait to be seated. Trivia night. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Rice bowl with chicken, boneless wings, burger, and turkey Rachel sandwich. Ryan brought out our apps and kept checking on us. We wouldn’t hesitate to return when we’re in the area!“

“It’s impossible to say how good it is there. The food is always top notch. Any item on the menu is executed with care and technical skill. The service is always fantastic. A neurologist friend took me here many years ago as a graduation celebration from nursing school. I’ve been coming back ever since, and I’ve never had a disappointment for a night or meal. “We had my mom’s 90th birthday party with 28 guests at the Westlake location this morning. Because we are regulars there, Nick the manager bent the rules a wee bit to allow us to have the back area, near the bar for our party right at opening time on a Saturday. The service by wait staff Mary and Lauren was fabulous, every one of us LOVED our food and your hospitality was off the charts! “Hands down our favorite place while visiting this area . My husband said it was so good he’d drive the 6 hours just to eat here again. “The biggest advantage to the rails burgers is the beef! You can taste the freshness of the meat . Most places buy their beef frozen from the same wholesaler (nothing special) they try to set themselves apart by creating their own sauce but a great burger starts with fresh beef which the rail has perfected .“
