“I really like the people here. I have come here nearly weekly for Online Pick Up for about 4.5 years. Even when employees come and go, or those who stay, it's a good experience. Quick pick up and kind people who work hard. The female Manager is always kind and takes pride in her job and helps create a nice enviornment around. Nice renovations too!I would like if you brought back the 3 piece Mozerella Sticks and make an option for Onion Straws for Burger toppings.“
“Texas Roadhouse (TR) is my absolute favorite spot for an incredible steak dinner. The whole meal is divine…. The salad, the steak, the baked potato… and the ROLLS ? oh, the rolls!! With the special TR cinnamon butter… oh my goodness… show up hungry. TR in Brooklyn never disappoints. My personal favorite steak here is the Dallas filet, tender and delicious every time. I also have enjoyed excellent service here without fail. It’s a great spot, tops for that steak dinner! Margaritas are tasty here too. My friend loves the Roadkill Recipe, which also appears in the video before my Dallas filet. My salad ? did not appear in the video because it disappeared too fast.“
“Perfectly seasoned grilled chicken breast. The mashed potatoes were as good as my own. Everything was the perfect temperature to eat right as it was brought out. One of the few places I like to go out to eat at because it is rarely crowded. Reasonably priced meals and good sized portions. My only complaint was that the broccoli was a bit less cooked than I usually make and could have used more salt.“
“They gave me over fried tattor tots, sauce less wings. I asked to get better tots, she says well the grease is old, so they be the same way. ( so since you didn't change the grease it's my fault I have to eat burnt tattor tots? Then she says it's a system for the wings you only get a current amount of sauce. WHAT!!?. when I picked up my wing it didn't even leave sauce on my finger. She states if you want more sauce you have to pay. So ill be paying , this place know attention . This location is hit or miss. Sometimes it's ok most of the time its not. I can see why there not that busy.“

The four of us dined on melt-in-the-mouth short ribs, perfectly cooked burger, unbelievably flavorful meatballs and pizza and a lemon cake with pistachio frosting that our absolute ROCK STAR server, Michael, was kind enough to comp for this birthday girl. Sarita is the best restaurant in the entire greater Cleveland area. No need to save for a special occasion, the prices aren’t crazy. Thanks again for a very happy birthday.“
“We have been there before and I made a reservation for a birthday in advance asking for a lake view and was put in the middle with no view. Appetizers were ok. And the food was good but overpriced. The birthday mentioned was nothing they just brought a small dessert at the end and that was it.“

It was her first day and she went above and beyond our expectations. She noticed something wasn't right and brought the manager over. The manager on duty tonight was understanding and apologized.“
