“The best thing about this place is the service. Joe, Shannon, Sam, and Adam are some of the most friendly bartenders in town. The cooks are great and sometimes delivers the plates themselves. Everyone has a smile. They make the drinks exactly the way I like, Joe always gets my orders and drinks down perfectly everytime and is always welcoming when customers walk in.The burgers are perfectly juicy, and they are always willing to add ingredients.The perogies by far were the best things served all year.They are always willing to customize my wings.The fresh green beans could be chopped shorted.The slaw is fantastic...when their fresh and not mooshy from sitting...The bartenders are always looking fly!The boss could seriously focus on speaking more respectfully to his employees...“
“Good, affordable food, an enormous menu, with super generous potions. The Italian Sub came on a plate that could have served a Thanksgiving Turkey. The Cajun Chicken Tortellini also came in a huge bowl. The sub tasted great, exactly how you'd want it to be. The tortellini was super right and creamy. Lots of flavor. I'm 99% sure the garlic bread was homemade. It came on nice, thick, square, diagonally cut Texas toast instead of a circular slice that could have been frozen. Super tasty too.The service was kind, polite, and prompt. Stacy took good care of us.The atmosphere was good, and clean, but the dining room felt very old. “Place was packed. Parking awful. Being handicapped I had to walk way too far to enter. Very loud and noisy. Had a big group and had to shout to one another. My BLT was tasty. Service slow but the waitress was running around like crazy. Definitely needed more help. Have been here before and was much better the other times. Won't be bringing our group back here.“
“We love Forest City Shuffle Board. We have been a few times and will definitely be going back. It is a great activity for the family. This time we took our adult kids, partner and friend. We had six people and played rounds with two players on a team. It worked out well. The two not playing could eat. They are known for their tater tots and they did not disappoint. Their burgers and appetizers are great also. They have a full bar and vegan options. Make no mistake it is bar food, but it is good bar food. Everyone loves tots and you can get a big tray to share. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend reservations because it does get busy. We went during Happy Hour so many menu items were $1 off. They have tabletop shuffleboard, regular shuffleboard indoor and outdoor. Overall, just a great family activity. For those that don't know how to play there are very clear instructions.“

“First of all, let me start by saying that we haven't been here in years. My husband saw Rivals ad for different soups and started looking at the menu. We ended up going back today, and boy are we glad we did. The food was absolutely delicious. My husband got the perch dinner and I got the chili dogs. Our server was Carli and she did a terrific job. “This was our first experience with ordering from here. Fresh ! Fresh ! Buffalo chicken wraps, 1 with crumble, 1 with ranch and 1 with blue cheese dressing. All came with fries. Fries were good, plenty of ketchup and napkins. Food was hot, wraps were grilled and huge, vegetables inside fresh, chicken was crispy dressing was good. Loved this wrap! Next time I would skip the fries and only order wrap. Too much food. Lol. I also ordered Caesar wrap to try grilled chicken. Not my fav, but if it had shaved parm, and some tomato slices it would be great. Romaine was crunchy and chicken was hot. Just a little plain. Overall I'll say great first experience! “We used the Third Place to host a post funeral gathering with friends and family. I coordinated with Kevin who was extremely helpful, accommodating, and responsive. We had a side of the bar partioned off for our group and ordered pizza and salad ahead of time for the group (we brought our own desserts). The pizza was phenomenal, hot, and on time. Bartenders were attentive to the guests to get their orders. The pricing for the event was also very reasonable (no charge to host, only charge was for food/beverages purchased). “This place sits in a non descript strp mall next to Chineese takeout I've been going to for years. Lakewood's best kept secret! And, an INCREDIBLE Bourbon bar! Had my favorite, Blantons. They also have at least 30 others, some of which I've never had. Next time I'm killing time in this part of time, this is where I'm going! Service was fast and friendly, as were the locals at the bar.“
“Was thoroughly disappointed with the service. I walked in around 6:10 and sat down at the bar. I counted and there were 13 then went up to 15 other patrons at the bar with 3 bartenders behind the bar.. I left at 6:30 as not a single one acknowledged that I was there and never offered any service. After being ignored for 20 minutes and watching them take other orders, why would I ever go back? I gladly took my business and money elsewhere, where the bar was far busier and was helped in a minute of sitting down. Horrible service by folks who don't car. Must be because it was my first time there and not a local. SMH.UPDATE: I gave them a second chance as that night could have been a fluke. Was served instantly by a very spirited and fun bartender within a minute or two of sitting down. Was a long day so ordered some food.. dang it was good! “It was a Friday when we went. The place was busy which is always great to see. Around 6:30 or so they turned up the music and that made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. When you are in a bar that is already playing music and has lots of people, it is pretty noisy so if you turn up the music it becomes even worse.“

“Was super famished late at night and stopped by the Loco Leprechaun where the night never ceases to end! You can actually get food and drinks till 2 am. They place is super jamming with tunes and there’s a giant foosball table, a couple keno machines, and a golf center game. They have the best chicken paprikas around and the chef makes the entire thing from scratch using a family recipe. We ate 2 portions of the paprikas- that’s how incredible it was! Their house made doughnuts were incredible- they have powdered sugar and cinnamon and a baileys frosting available! Pretty fun place with late night food.“
