“the manager barry solved a major problem when it came to reloading a card. had 70k tickets and when i reloaded, all of them disappeared. barry stepped to the plate and went out of his way to solve the issue, whereas the other manager phil said that it was an IT issue and submit a ticket. Barry was a rockstar in customer service and deserves to be recognized, he is the epitome of exceptional customer service.“

“Ate at The Third Place while visiting my mom during Thanksgiving. Had the Sunday special, the Meatball Casserole. It was delicious with lots of cheese and sauce to dip the garlic bread in. Also had a side salad. I recommend spending the extra $2.50 and getting the salad topped with fresh mozzarella. Yum! I wish I remembered the servers name. It began with a J. She did a good job and was friendly.“

“This place is sooo fun 🤩. You can pour your own beer and do something fun like different flights. This is how it works - you go up to the front desk and get a Tapsters card. Then you keep the card in the slot and put your beer. The faster you pour, the less the foam! Theres free popcorn and you can get food from Voodoo sushi next door! At the end you can drop it off in the slot boxes up front with the tip signs. The operation game is definitely missing some bones - please replace them, a lot of people like that game. The only thing we didn’t like is that you have to tip given the fact that you’re basically picking up and putting your dishes away, and doing basically everything yourself. You have to check out on the tablet upfront with the Person right there handing you the tablet. It’s a little awkward if you did not tip. Please get rid of tipping, I’m sure the people working there are salaried! Other than that, the place is fabulous! I would’ve given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the weird tipping!!“

“The food is great. The servers are fantastic. The owner is very welcoming. Very nice establishment however it is a pub so it is very loud. That’s the only thing I don’t like about this place but I’m gonna give it five stars and I have no complaints. I highly recommend people coming to this place. The food is excellent and the service is fantastic and the prices are reasonable. The fish is fantastic on Friday. That’s my fave.“

“Hands down our favorite place while visiting this area . My husband said it was so good he’d drive the 6 hours just to eat here again. I asked for something prepared a little differently due to an illness and the chef came out to chat with us to make sure! The way he prepared it was perfect! Everyone loved the meals and left overs!“

“I was invited to a music gig on a Sunday several weeks ago and have stopped several times since. It's a great place and bike riding distance from my home. Each time I've met new friends and owner and bar are authentice and unique! The music presented is such a gift.“

Most surprising (and unlike several other similar establishments in the area) is that they offer plant-based food options, like the Impossible burger, pretzel bites, veggie spring rolls, fries, and tots that are all delicious!“

“Great place to meet friends“

“This is a cool bar, they have a couple pool tables and dart boards kind of tucked away upstairs. They have a touchtunes jukebox. The Bartenders are always very friendly and quick. It is a smaller place so on busy nights the parking lot fills up completely and there may not be seats available but that's great for business. I haven't had their food so I can't say anything about that. I've been there a handful of times and will be back again.“

“Great food, great bartender, didn’t get his name, I asked for a certain drink I wanted to try, showed him the ingredients, he made it and it was delicious, asked him for another drink and he remembered the ingredients and tasted the exact same as the first. Will be back for sure! 😁“

“Stopped in for brunch Sunday having never been there. This place was so cool. The bartender (Katie) was the only one working and she juggled multiple customers and demands amazingly! The food was fantastic, like so much better than I expected from a bar names “wine dive.” Portions were huge, prices were more than reasonable and the banana bread desert - wow!

“The bartenders are always super nice! I personally do not drink alcohol so I cannot help you in that area... I go to lunch with a friend and his nephew who is like my adopted nephew! The food is always great and very reasonably priced! I'm not really a bar person but I guess for people who hang out at bars they would love this one!!“

“When we walked in we were greeted by an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING hostess named Anna. She made our whole experience and fixed it. We had a server which was rude could not handle multiple requests, and left at 9pm he left us at the table no refills, our appetizer no where to be seen. By the meaning left walked out the front door which my friend noticed. There was no one else in the section besides our group. Anna had saw we needed help and was like a literal superhero getting us refills, and our missing items. We were in a bad mood but Anna had us leave in smiles and laughing.“

“Friendly staff- extremely lovely people work there. Been attending this pub on and off for many years whenever I'm in town and I am never disappointed. Nice, low-key, laid-back atmosphere (in a GOOD way), digital jukebox (us lazy tipsy people can play songs right from our phones if we so wish- plus, who carries cash anymore?), decent variety of beers on tap and did I say the staff rules? They're great. It's my go-to spot whenever I'm in town.“

“Our waitress, Jaresia, was incredible! She was really friendly and attentive and was overall just very good at managing all the tables around us. The manager Jonathan personally came around and checked in on all the tables and chatted with us. You can tell the folks who work here get along which I love to see! “Very disappointed in the Avon Lake store. they did away with 3 $ domestic drafts during Happy Hour . They shortened the Happy Hour from 7 to 6, and they are only buy one get one half off. It's no wonder why they are not even half full on Wing night 😡“

“Last Thursday I had the pleasure of dining in for lunch. My server Lena was fantastic! She is very knowledgeable about the food and showed me some great options. I settled on the lunch special. You van choose from a cheeseburger or a breaded or grilled chicken breast. They come with fries and a drink. It was awesome. I also got a chance to meet the manager, Mel. She is hands-on and funny. She really cares about her customers and the food they serve. It was a relaxing experience. Great people, great food, and great prices. They are tucked away in Avon Commons but worth finding!“
