Great place for family fun or groups of friends
We traveled a good distance to visit Dave & Buster’s and left pretty underwhelmed with the entire experience.
The place wasn’t particularly busy, but after putting our names in for a table, we waited and waited, only to never be paged. What made it worse was the staff’s complete lack of concern when we brought up how long we had been waiting. They genuinely couldn’t have cared less.

Dave & Buster's Westlake - Cleveland is a family-friendly restaurant with a lively arcade atmosphere. The venue is equipped for wheelchair accessibility, and there is ample parking. The food options are very good, and the cocktails are nice. Staff members are commended for their attentiveness and positive attitudes. They went above and beyond to accommodate a large group and ensured a memorable experience. The place features a large selection of games and is very clean for an arcade. It is a great spot for parties, with a large food selection and a fun atmosphere. Visitors have noted that the atmosphere is fun, the service is quick, especially at the bar, and the place is suitable for kids, families, and couples. Some reviews mention that prizes are mostly junk, but there are some cool items like Rick n Morty merchandise. While the crowd is generally friendly and the place is clean, some visitors miss additional amenities like a bowling alley or pool hall that other locations might have. Overall, it is a recommended destination for those seeking a fun, engaging dining and gaming experience, especially on weekends when the crowd is manageable.
