The unique and fresh tasting seafood dishes and steaks are 'to die for', and many of them are even low carb and low sugar, perfect for us growing legions of diabetics. Their menu is extensive, and they have something for everyone. This is a great, casual yet classy place to take friends or family for a special occasion, or several times a week if you can. Please support your locally owned and run restaurants, cafes, diners, etc., because they add value and liveability to our communities. Mangia (I know that's Italian, not Spanish)!”
“Top notch Mexican food. I had the enchilada and tamal combo. The beef enchiladas are excellent. The pork tamales are perfect with just the right ratio of masa to filling. The chili topping really set the dish above other local restaurants. The rice was well seasoned and perfectly fluffy and dry (but not hard) as it should be. The refried beans were the desired creaminess. My friend had beef fajitas and really enjoyed them too.Overall a great experience with solid food at reasonable prices.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible with wheelchair.”

“First time ever @ Crocker Park as we were taken for lunch today at Yard House to celebrate Mother’s Day.Great looking restaurant from the outside and eating areas all around the outside and oh what a massive inside and so clean and welcoming was warm and friendly.A huge shoutout to our waiter Patrick who went above and beyond for service..I had the best coffee ever along with Grilled Cheese and Tomato Bisque-yum to die for..we had appetizers including Bavarian pretzel and Wisconsin Fried Cheese Curds and tried truffle fries and to top it off a mini cheesecake crème brûlée…We’ll definitely be back to this fantastic spot and again thank you Patrick for getting our dessert on you and the wonderful message on our dish..made our day.See you again for sureFive star for suretWell we went again on 4/15 for a celebration with seven of us and the service was so great we tipped 22%.Food was amazing and music was fantastic.Restaurant was booming for near 8pm.Please do yourself a favor and eat here as you’ll be back..”

“I got the Perfect Balance bowl with lamb and chose the yellow lentil to top the rice. It was delicious, a perfect combination! The lamb meatballs have great seasoning that makes it so appetizing. The yellow lentil was perfectly seasoned too! The service was excellent! The cashier was helpful and nice. His name is Justin. It was my first time at Choolaah and he patiently explained how to order. He even let me sample some lentils so I can choose well what I want The restaurant was cozy, clean, and nice. I like the fresh flowers in vases on the table. They added a vibrant color to the dining area!”

“This is our favorite Chinese place. I love noodles and they have a good variety of noodles. Lo Meij, Chow Fun (dry), etc.This isn't the typical Americanized Chinese where most entrees are in either a sweet orange sauce or a bland white or brown sauce. This is much more in line with authentic Chinese and each dish has its own unique flavor. My favorites are the Sea, Wind and Fire and the Blackened Steak for meat entrees. The beef is also higher quality than many typical Chinese restaurant.For vegetables, I'm not a huge fan of the texture of eggplant, but I love the Chinese Eggplant and how it's prepared here. The Chinese Broccoli and Bok Choy are also good options.If you are dining there, the experience is pleasant. The place is tastefully decorated and the bathrooms are clean. But like most places, they can use a little more help on the service side. However, it's clear everybody is working hard and it's not a problem unless you are just trying to get through your meal quickly as possible.”

“Do not sleep on Ohio Kebab Grill! It is the best food I’ve ever had, and consistently good every time. I’m a vegetarian, so the veggie sauté and fattoush salad are my go-tos. My husband raves about the chicken biryani. You really can’t find anything on the menu that isn’t good. We live out of state and only come in a few weekends a year, but we ALWAYS stop here at least once and sometimes twice each visit. “I had my first Brazilian steakhouse experience at Texas de Brazil in Westlake a couple of weekends ago and had a wonderful time.It is located in the Crocker Park area with plenty of walkable shopping and well lit parking nearby.I dined with 3 friends with different tastes and we were all satisfied with the food variety. The salad bar (which involved a lot more than salad) was plentiful and fresh with a large selection of salad options, with an addition of rice, beans, mushrooms in gravy, smoked salmon, and charcuterie selections. Gluten-free cheese bread was served at the table along with several side dishes (mashed potatoes, fries, and a type of sweet fried bananas). The table-side served meat selection had a good variety as well, which included multiple beef cuts (ribs, flank steak, top sirloin, filet mignon), bacon wrapped chicken and pork, and leg of lamb.While I only enjoyed several types of lemonade when I was there, they had a delicious sounding sangria and appeared to have a large wine selection as well.Our waitress Eve, was very attentive and helpful the entire evening. The manager stopped by our table to check-in and remained active in the dining room throughout the night, which was nice to see.The entire restaurant was clean despite the large amount of people that evening. Everywhere remained orderly and the bathroom was clean when I went in.Overall it was a great and unique experience that I recommend, particularly to meat lovers.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options. Wait staff and chef on hand for allergen concerns/questions.Parking: Two close parking garages as well as metered parking nearby. We mentioned to Beverly that we had traveled a considerable distance, upon hearing that she found us a perfect spot in the corner of the back dining room. And as always the food and service was excellent.”

Walking through the front door of this place I was skeptical at first until I was absolutely blasted by the most intoxicating aroma upon opening the door. “A tiny slice of a restaurant in a nondescript strip mall. Food was delicious. The carbonara was smoky and deep without being heavy. The tortellini with walnut cream sauce had me at the first bite. “This is one of the better McDonald's we have been to food is always fresh and hot ..that being said this was our second time here first time we got a happy meal and replaced the fruit with extra fries meal came only 1 set of fries went and complained they said only 1 item comes in happy meal either fruit or fries since when???? So that never got resolved went back and decided to try it again this time we asked to customize a big Mac and asked if they could replace center bun with a fried chicken breast nope they don't customize any sandwich so hubby ordered a double q b.. paid and parked went ti eat no double q b instead a regular q b with bacon... so again going back in to get what he wanted but the girl at the window rang it did not ring it up.. so double check your order after you place it and before you leave”

“Wife and I called in an order of pulled pork and the pulled chicken. Got green beans and coleslaw. And asked for an extra piece of cornbread. We had nitro been here before.It was a delicious dinner! All of it revery good!! We loved the pulled pork and cornbread the most but it all was excellent! Tender and delicious.When I got there I was greeted by ???. She was very nice! She gave me a free brownie because I had a little trouble ordering on line. And then at the end of the counter where I was to pick up my togo order Nat (?) gave me two free cookies because my wife and I were new customers! With multiple options and good prices, you cannot go wrong. Their happy hour is also a good deal for drinks. If you're looking for a nice dinner with a bar seeing, this night just be your next stop for dinner.”

Then, she used our table as her sorting area for all of her receipts while we were still eating. As long as I get a different server, I would love to return to this establishment.”

“Excellent experience! We placed a very large order 25 min. Before closing. Even so they prepared my food fresh and perfectly correct. I even called to check the status 30mins AFTER they closed and the staff was still there, still answering phones even tho they didnt have too because they were technically closed and they answered all my questions patiently, politely and with pleasure. I appreciate the excellent service I received from the person answering the phone, the cook and the very polite delivery man whom ended up working a little late because of me that night. “We easily booked reservations for two for Saturday night, even though we called Saturday at noon. We requested the Beef Wellington when booking the reservation, and there was exactly one left when we arrived so maybe they saved it for us. We were seated immediately upon arrival, at a cozy (but tight) table near the fire.The wait staff was friendly, albeit a bit inattentive. There were a lot of people in the restaurant when we arrived, so I think that contributed to it. Also, there were quite a few challenging guests. I'm sure that put them on edge. But we were accommodated well enough. Thanks Olivia. I especially appreciate her arranging that virgin Moscow Mule. It was absolutely fabulous. It seems that the bar can certainly make a good cocktail!On to the food. My wife's beef wellington was delicious. The flavors were spot on and the pastry was perfectly baked. The steak however was a little overcooked. It was more medium, than medium rare. Fortunately, the meat was clearly well selected so it was still tender.My duck on the other hand was not good and I strongly discourage ordering it. It would have benefitted from slightly less time in the oven. The crispy honey glaze was underwhelming. Quite frankly, the dish lacked flavor. I’ll the pork next time.Overall our experience was a positive one, and I feel confident about recommending it. This is a place that has a good atmosphere but doesn’t make too much fuss about itself. It stands on its food and it stands well. Based on the rest, I think the duck is an outlier and not a true representation of their quality.Parking: The parking lot is a little small for all the people they can accommodate in the restaurant.”

“I had my first Brazilian steakhouse experience at Texas de Brazil in Westlake a couple of weekends ago and had a wonderful time.It is located in the Crocker Park area with plenty of walkable shopping and well lit parking nearby.I dined with 3 friends with different tastes and we were all satisfied with the food variety. The salad bar (which involved a lot more than salad) was plentiful and fresh with a large selection of salad options, with an addition of rice, beans, mushrooms in gravy, smoked salmon, and charcuterie selections. Gluten-free cheese bread was served at the table along with several side dishes (mashed potatoes, fries, and a type of sweet fried bananas). The table-side served meat selection had a good variety as well, which included multiple beef cuts (ribs, flank steak, top sirloin, filet mignon), bacon wrapped chicken and pork, and leg of lamb.While I only enjoyed several types of lemonade when I was there, they had a delicious sounding sangria and appeared to have a large wine selection as well.Our waitress Eve, was very attentive and helpful the entire evening. The manager stopped by our table to check-in and remained active in the dining room throughout the night, which was nice to see.The entire restaurant was clean despite the large amount of people that evening. Everywhere remained orderly and the bathroom was clean when I went in.Overall it was a great and unique experience that I recommend, particularly to meat lovers.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options. Wait staff and chef on hand for allergen concerns/questions.Parking: Two close parking garages as well as metered parking nearby. “My Wife and I went to Mahle's Friday the 22nd for our 38th wedding anniversary. because we were eating early we didn't think we would need reservations but upon arrival we were told that with the walk-ins they had and the reservations on the books they were full. We mentioned to Beverly that we had traveled a considerable distance, upon hearing that she found us a perfect spot in the corner of the back dining room. And as always the food and service was excellent.”
“We came in for appetizers, wine, and dessert. We were pleasantly taken in to the downstairs where the decor is beyond compare. It's cozy, a little bit gaudy, and very friendly. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. The item we came in for, what we would describe as their legendary mussels in white sauce, is no longer available. Sadness. We opted instead for wine and dessert. I chose the white sangria and she got the Moscato. For dessert we got the Italian cream cake and tiramisu. My primary complaint regarding this visit was the menu which we were presented showed the desserts at $9.99 a piece. The desserts came out to be $15 apiece as apparently our menu was a lunch menu or offering lunch portions for the items? On this I am not sure. There were apologies but no offer or recompense. Sadness and slight bitterness on my part but it is what it is.The white sangria was very tasty but I would not pair it with a dessert again. For something as sweet as these two items were I would go for something like a Riesling or late harvest dessert wine.Buca is a very pricy establishment but wonderful for the occasional dining-out experience.”

Walking through the front door of this place I was skeptical at first until I was absolutely blasted by the most intoxicating aroma upon opening the door. The sweet smells of fresh baked everything all mixed together but not overwhelmingly sweet which was nice. After considering walking out with the entire stores selection I narrowed it down to a handful of different pastries and sweets each better than the last. Would highly recommend.
