I did not expect the staff to be SO efficient. they were a very well oiled machine. I watched them hammer out order after order while taking more orders and did not see a single snafu or mistake during my half hour of watching. Very impressive !!! on top of it I really liked my sandwich. while this location is not convenient for me on a normal basis I would seek out another for another yummy sandwich.“

“First couple times at Mr Hero. Pickup up a Romanburger for a family member and the cheesesteak sub for me. Solid food. The veggied on the Romanburger were fresh and my family member loved it. The cheesesteak sub for me was great too. I like mushrooms and it had a lot of them. If you're not a mushroom fan you might have them go light on them, but I love them. The waffle fries were very good, and i liked them much better than the ones at a certain chicken chain. Note, This location is definitely setup more for takeout than dining in.“

“Had a great experience at Dave’s Cosmic Subs in Westlake. Jacob was friendly, polite, and welcoming from the moment we walked in.

We ordered two Crazy Subs and one Original. All three were absolutely fantastic. The sandwiches were made with care, the ingredients tasted fresh, and every bite was delicious. You can tell the staff takes pride in making great food.

“Ordered around 11:35am on line for a 12:30 curbside pickup I got there around 12:22 and asked if it was too early to pick up the order. They must have been busy I was on hold for a couple minutes the gentleman came out and asked if I was the one that ordered and he said that their computer system was down and they did not get any notification I showed him my copy he said okay give me a couple minutes and I'll bring it out stay right here about 10 minutes later he comes out brings me my order and everything was fine. “My first time at DiBellas, got a 10 inch tuna sub at the Strongsville shop today, it's huge! Good fresh tuna, fresh toppings (I got provolone cheese, mayo, oil, lettuce, tomato, onions, cucumber) but kind of bland because no seasoning and couldn't really taste the onions. The Asiago bread was good. Forgot to ask for salt/pepper because it wasn't listed as an option on their in-store menu. On my way out I asked about it and they said salt and pepper are in packets that they keep behind the counter. I think they should at least have salt pepper listed as an option on their signs.“

Every time I’ve visited, the experience has been consistently excellent. I come to this particular Charlie's cheese steak location as much as possible. Quick, friendly service. My order has never been wrong and I asked for no mushrooms every time. I probably been here 50 times. The app is 100% legit, I'd probably have to say it's the number two maybe three of all fast food apps that I've used behind Chick-fil-A only. Charlie's rewards is on par with any other fast food at and every single time you come here they're offering free stuff with the purchase of a cheesesteak whether it's fries or a milkshake or buy one get one milkshakes or buy one get one cheese steaks etc...“

And then I saw that Dave's Cosmic Subs has vegan options. Well now I'm enjoying them again thanks to this place.
