My first time coming to this Mr. Hero and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were very nice, friendly. They asked how my day was going and told me I would be back next time and they remembered me. My second time visiting this location was for lunch with my daughter. I can’t remember the nice Indian lady but she was so nice to my daughter. Mr. Hero has great cold and hot sandwiches. Their Hot Buttered Cheese steak is one of the greatest sandwiches I have ever tasted. The service at the Berea Ohio Location is fantastic, the crew is hard working, professional and pleasant. If you haven't tried their subs, I encourage you to try them. There are locations all around the Cleveland area and I have also seen locations in Niles, Ohio near Warren Ohio and one in Ashtabula, Ohio.
