This is the cleanest Mr Hero restaurant ever staff is very friendly and the lady if very funny my roman burger is always hot and delicious along with the waffer fries

My first time coming to this Mr. Hero and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were very nice, friendly. They asked how my day was going and told me I would be back next time and they remembered me. My second time visiting this location was for lunch with my daughter. I can’t remember the nice Indian lady but she was so nice to my daughter. She asked her how was school going, asked her favorite subject etc. Just like the first visit they said we would be back soon. The food was fresh, hot and delicious.

Mr. Hero has great cold and hot sandwiches. Their Hot Buttered Cheese steak is one of the greatest sandwiches I have ever tasted. The service at the Berea Ohio Location is fantastic, the crew is hard working, professional and pleasant. If you haven't tried their subs, I encourage you to try them. There are locations all around the Cleveland area and I have also seen locations in Niles, Ohio near Warren Ohio and one in Ashtabula, Ohio. Also, their sides from Mozzarella Sticks, Potato Wafflers and others like the ones listed on this review are great. The sides and sandwiches are a little pricey. But, Quality will make up. This meal cost me about $20. However, I ate every bite the food was so good. They also sell Pepsi Fountain drinks and other soft drinks by the bottle. A+ food and quality. Also, to the crew at the Berea Location, keep up the great work!

This one is run by a family from what it seems like and they are very friendly and the shop is very clean.
