“The prices are the same as most other Mexican-themed restaurants, maybe a little bit cheaper. Serving portions are good sized. 1 plate can definitely feed two people. Food is very tasty, margaritas are excellent. Service was absolutely phenomenal!”

“Today on a whim in a beautiful snow storm on my birthday we stopped at Jo Jo Carlinos for lunch. It was perfect! Our waitress was great! Everything from the mussels, spinach & artichoke pizza to the linguini and clam sauce was amazing. Topped it off with a fabulous espresso martini. Thank you so much.”

“We did a private party for our 50th wedding anniversary on 9/21/24. Everything was fantastic including the staff, the food and the atmosphere. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. June was super helpful. We grew up in the neighborhood and this was the perfect place. Highly recommend for a private party.”

“Today I took my tastebuds to Vitality Bowls Superfood Cafe. Vitality Bowls is located in Berea Ohio. The cafe has a nice setup with a nice size seating area. There is also a patio out front to enjoy some good weather & healthy eating. I decided to order the Dragon Bowl acai bowl. The Dragon Bowl comes with Pitaya, banana, pineapples, immunity boost, coconut milk and mango peach juice. I also got a smoothie called The Rehydrator. In the Rehydrator it’s made with kale, pineapple, mint, apple, & coconut water. The food was very nutritious and delicious! I will definitely be back to taste the many other options on the menu! “Our meal was great! Kid-friendly. Great service! Comfortable local restaurant that was moderately busy, but not packed and we didn’t have to wait to be seated. Trivia night. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Rice bowl with chicken, boneless wings, burger, and turkey Rachel sandwich. Ryan brought out our apps and kept checking on us. We wouldn’t hesitate to return when we’re in the area!”

Despite a packed house, she managed the entire dining room on her own with incredible attentiveness and patience. This level of top-tier service is rare, and as service workers ourselves, we had to give her well-deserved kudos. The food was equally impressive—the pretzels were unique and delicious, and the steak salad was honestly the best I’ve ever had. This place is a gem in the neighborhood!”

“My wife and I wandered into this place on a Sunday night after a concert at Baldwin-Wallace University. Nothing else was open and we weren't sure what we would find. What we found was an incredibly welcoming place. The kitchen was closed so we ordered drinks, which were fantastic. After talking with the bartender, and sharing our respective heritages of Poland and Alabama, he kindly fired up the grill and prepared a special batch of pierogis. They were the best pierogis I had had since childhood. Many thanks for the warm hospitality and excellent food and drink. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and enjoyable time.”

“I am usually disappointed with new Thai restaurants. I always order the same type of meal. Was extremely pleased with my meal…it was fresh and delicious and hot. Portion sizes were slightly small. Service was friendly and courteous. Definitely wanting to go back!”

“Sandwiches are on the pricy side but in my opinion it is worth the cost. They give you your moneys worth with high quality subs that taste fantastic. Gluten free bread isn't great though, I would recommend the italian or wheat.

Parking: Front street is a great spot for parking and buying stuff.”
