“Worst experience ever! I came in last night at around 9:00pm and was very shocked to hear that they were out of every ingredient except for lettuce! I figured I'd make the best of it and got my bowl of lettuce and the girl behind the register told me my total was $200????? I said no way and walked right back out the door! Horrible experience except for the fact I literally made all of that up. Probably the best chipotle I've ever eaten. Place was clean and staff was super friendly, like, one of the most friendly fast food staff I've ever seen. Keep up the good work you guys“

For the recent negative reviews about ordering ahead of time on the app
Go through the drive through, of course it's a delayed service time when you go inside to pick it up, the workers are trying to multitask between keeping up with drive through & inside restaurants orders
Love that when you order through the app, they have a separate drive through line when picking up your order
The store manager is such a sweetheart down to earth friendly lady!
To guarantee fresh quality orders, they do not make mobile orders ahead of time

“We saw this restaurant recommended on Instagram. It did NIT disappoint!! The staff was super friendly, food was awesome but that margarita that looks like ice cream (but is not) is out of this world!!! We will be back!!!“
