“Food and service was great BUT

and this is a BIG BUT
The parking lot needs attention. I was walking back to my car and the heel of my shoe got sucked into a small DEEP pothole and I fell and scraped bruised my knee really bad. I have included pictures of the location of the people eating hole. Avoid parking in front of the tree.

Would I visit again? Definitely. Food and service were great. I won't park where I parked again.“

“This is easily the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The food is always fresh, hot, and actually put together right, but what really sets this place apart is the team. The manager, Rachel, and Navara run an absolute tight ship here. They, along with the rest of the staff, are always incredibly friendly, fast, and they actually care about getting your order right. If you’re craving Taco Bell and you’re near Broadview and Snow, skip the other locations and come to this one. Rachel, Navara, and the whole crew nail it every single time. Highly recommend!“

“Service is okay since people change, but please clean the surface & make sure _as much you can_ that pork don't get mixed up with other meat especially for Muslim who avoid it!
tortilla doesn't smell good usually I dont know why and now the chicken has no flavor anymore seemed just grilled. Costumer service are okay, online rewards gets busted sometimes.
( I'm a costume from almost 16 years; what a loyal costumer am!😶 ).
Chipotle probably the only fast food chain where they can be generous with food if asked!“

“I have mixed feelings about this taco bell Sometime they let you order food sometime they don't and try to call the cops if you want to wait for you food. Weird always it takes forever to get your food and if you ever had an emergency you could not get out of that line. I feel that a hazard. One time I seen some have to run over the curb and run the bushes down because there kid was sick. They could not get out of the line.“

“This location USED to be horrible. HOWEVER!! They have gotten there act together, at least for me. I've been going here a lot lately, and my food has been amazing every time. The people working have been really attentive to the drive thru, and pleasant to interact with.
With that said, I always get my order thru the mobile app n drive thru around 3-4pm after I get out of work. So usually I dont see a lot of people waiting, if ever or at all. I dont know what it's like for later in the evening for the dinner rushes n whatnot, but I have been very happy with my orders from this location lately. Please Keep it up!!!

“This taco bell might be one of the better ones in the area. Food is made correctly each time, nothing has ever been forgotten. This isn't even the closest one to me but I go here because the one on Brookpark takes forever to through the drive thru“

“Visiting Cleveland and I needed a good margarita! Firstly restaurant is beautiful. Perfect for girls night, date night you name it. Server was amazing, very friendly and patient. I got the guac- gotta say 10/10 just the way I like it! But that margarita…lets be honest here I had a few margaritas on my trip to Cleveland but none of them matched the ones at blue agave. Perfectly balanced cocktail! Prices were very reasonable!! Also after I got home I realized I mislaid the receipt for my expenses- I sent them a message on Instagram and moments later the replied with a copy of my bill! Absolute lifesavers! I’ll be back in June and whenever someone asks me what’s good in Cleveland- blue agave will be the first thing I tell them about 👌“
