Mexican Restaurants near Parma

“I would like to respond to Barb that just put a comment on here as another patron of this restaurant during the time that this happened. Barb, the manager apologized multiple times. It is a small restaurant, and you had a large party in a small restaurant. There's only so much space and ways that you can safely put people in. But maybe you haven't worked in the service industry before and do not know that. After he calmly was apologizing to you again, you (or your daughter?) screamed in his face and berated him in front of the entire restaurant and he still held restraint.“

“Not all taco bells are created equal. They do decent on food. Nachos could use a bit more cheese, esp the chips on the bottom and tacos aren't filled up. The company decided less filling, bigger shell and higher cost. I don't understand this.

It's best to cook home which I typically do, but it's craving week. For fast food this Taco Bell beats other locations but needs improvement. I feel ripped off.“

“I have mixed feelings about this taco bell Sometime they let you order food sometime they don't and try to call the cops if you want to wait for you food. Weird always it takes forever to get your food and if you ever had an emergency you could not get out of that line. I feel that a hazard. One time I seen some have to run over the curb and run the bushes down because there kid was sick. They could not get out of the line.“

“wish they had a drive thru never really had a serious problem with food from this place food is 95% accurate fresh meat always if you are worried about the lettuce recommend the burritos or tacos
Do not order a bowl without the lettuce portion size of meat is a bit low without lettuce lol“

“This taco bell might be one of the better ones in the area. Food is made correctly each time, nothing has ever been forgotten. This isn't even the closest one to me but I go here because the one on Brookpark takes forever to through the drive thru“

“This location USED to be horrible. HOWEVER!! They have gotten there act together, at least for me. I've been going here a lot lately, and my food has been amazing every time. The people working have been really attentive to the drive thru, and pleasant to interact with.
With that said, I always get my order thru the mobile app n drive thru around 3-4pm after I get out of work. So usually I dont see a lot of people waiting, if ever or at all. I dont know what it's like for later in the evening for the dinner rushes n whatnot, but I have been very happy with my orders from this location lately. Please Keep it up!!!
