Terrible service. Almost non existent, no one greets or talks to you. It took 35-40 mins on two tacos and two gordidas with 4 people working, no cars in the drive through and near empty lobby. This is not fast food, most sit downs are faster. Management and owners should be ashamed of themselves for how they allow this place to be operated. Will no longer be wasting money at this location and will tell anyone I know to go elsewhere.
Sat and watched them service only the drive through for about 30min waiting for my order. StNding around talking.and took 20 min for refund
This Taco Bell is the slowest place ever! Don’t go unless you plan on spending 30+ minutes just waiting to order and pay never again will I go back to this on on day drive

The staff at this location are often friendly and willing to apologize for mistakes. The restaurant's convenience and proximity to other eateries make it a popular stop for many customers. There are also many vegetarian options available, including cheesy fiesta potato bowl, spicy potato taco, veggie bowl, black bean crunchwrap, rice bowl, pintos n cheese, nacho fries, nachos, vegetarian box on the app, cheesy bean and rice burrito, and vegetarian mexican pizza.
