I want to start by saying that the food was good, as expected, and my order was packed very well. My iced tea was still warm because it had just been brewed, so the employee kindly put it in a separate container and included a cup of ice with a lid and straw. The food was warm, and my main dish was hot when I received it.

Great place run by great leaders. Give it a try, you will love it!!!
Hadn't dined here in a few years. Endless shrimp commercial caught our attention. There was such a wide selection on the menu we ended up trying 2 sampler platters instead. Glad we did! The food was delicious! Sierra our server was very pleasant & as provided great service! We will be back soon!

Red Lobster provides a pleasant dining experience despite concerns about the company's future. The Parma location delivers a fine experience, and the staff at this seafood restaurant are extremely nice and accommodating. Recently, customers have noted that the food is cooked well with good flavor, and the service is fast. One customer enjoyed the jumbo coconut shrimp as an appetizer along with the margarita flight and sailor boil with Old Bay & Parmesan, while another found the Shrimp Alfredo and crab legs to be great choices. On Mother's Day, a customer had a wonderful time with their daughter, enjoying delicious food and receiving kindness from the employees, even when their child was being loud. Although some customers have had mischievous interactions in the past, the restaurant seems to be a great spot for a meal. Cheddar Bay Biscuits are still a highlight, and the staff's friendly attitude, especially from the server Ellie, makes up for any past mishaps. Overall, Red Lobster has won back some customers with its attentive service and flavorful dishes.
