“I've been coming to Parma red lobster for years and never had the most amazing service offered by Desiree. We had some picky people in our party and she smiled through it all and took really good care of us and checked our table quite often.“

The parking lot needs attention. I was walking back to my car and the heel of my shoe got sucked into a small DEEP pothole and I fell and scraped bruised my knee really bad. I have included pictures of the location of the people eating hole. Avoid parking in front of the tree.

“I came here as a DoorDash delivery driver and sadly, somebody had stolen the order well, I was working it out with DoorDash the employee working was so kind, not only did they remake the order for the customer, but I was gonna purchase a drink, and the employee said that I could have it on him, we had good conversation while the food was being made and as I was about to walk out, he offered me an empanada for free, I ended up getting a second one for my brother, so I was at least paying for something. The kindness from this employee made my day! as for the food, it was absolutely delicious. I grew up in Arizona where there’s lots of different types of Hispanic food and it reminded me of being back there, definitely check this place out. Their customer service is amazing and so is their food!!“

“The food was amazing! Service was a C. Slow - we were the only ones in there. I asked for our bill & the waiter brought a credit card machine. I said, where is my bill and he says if you don’t trust me, then I’ll print it out. He prints out my bill, but when I went to the register, it was a different amount. Make sure you take cash or they charge you an additional 3%.“

With a gluten allergy & highly sensitive to MSG, I made sure to call first and make sure they offered true gluten free items and that they didn’t use MSG. I spoke to the woman who answered the phone for awhile. I asked her all kinds of questions about the food & explained my allergies. I believe the woman I spoke with is the owner. She was extremely kind & helpful, and extremely accommodating. She told me she is also GF & highly sensitive to MSG. We chatted a bit more and then I went home to enjoy my food.
