“On Saturday, January 27, my family and I decided to visit this establishment and I sincerely want to share my experience. Visiting this place was a unique experience!!! Firstly, since we are not from the area, it was difficult to know the location of the establishment and after two attempts I decided to call to see if they could locate me, to my surprise in less than a minute they managed to help me with that objective. When we arrived at the place, the atmosphere was very pleasant, the cleanliness was excellent but the reception was A+. There was frying done but my husband asked if they could fry on the spot and his answer automatically was a Yes! Shortly afterwards they let us know that there was no frying for one of the children but with quality service they surprised us by making the frying from scratch ?. Once the order was ready they helped us with the order to the table. Needless to say, the service was quality, excellence and with a smile plus friendliness at all times, the food was exquisite and on point. “I had Jolee as a server. She was amazing! Sweetest girl ever. The food however was very bad. I got mussels and a ceaser salad. The salad was great. The mussels were cold, the sauce they came in was watery, and the bread that came with it was hard as a rock. I won’t be back because of the food but I might come back and request Jolee as my server! She is the bomb!“

“I chose to celebrate my birthday here tonight because the food never disappoints and tonight was no exception. The four of us dined on melt-in-the-mouth short ribs, perfectly cooked burger, unbelievably flavorful meatballs and pizza and a lemon cake with pistachio frosting that our absolute ROCK STAR server, Michael, was kind enough to comp for this birthday girl. Sarita is the best restaurant in the entire greater Cleveland area. No need to save for a special occasion, the prices aren’t crazy. Thanks again for a very happy birthday.“

“We have been there before and I made a reservation for a birthday in advance asking for a lake view and was put in the middle with no view. Appetizers were ok. And the food was good but overpriced. The birthday mentioned was nothing they just brought a small dessert at the end and that was it.“

“Heart of Gold has so far been the best bite to eat in Cleveland since I moved here from the South. The atmosphere is trendy but laid back with good lighting and a cute small bar. I really loved the menu design, it is very obvious that even the smallest details of this restaurant have been thought out.The overall menu has an interesting and cohesive direction that incorporates Southern and Italian food - which to me was very reminiscent of the kind of fare you'd find in a lunch spot in New Orleans - especially their Tiki drinks on offer.The service was wonderful; everyone was kind, helpful, and seemed excited about the food.We chose the Roman, the fried chicken sandwich, the waffle fries, and the onion rings with the house made ranch.The Roman is a solid sandwich where you can taste every part mentioned in the menu description. I thought all of the ingredients played well together and reminded me a bit of a muffeletta.The waffle fries were very good - I thought the everything seasoning was a very smart choice (the ridges in the fries hold the seasoning in place) and were perfect for dipping. The fry crispiness to fluffiness ratio was to me a perfect balance. My only complaint is that they tasted a little too much of oil.The onion rings were very surprising to me. They are to this date the best onion rings I've ever had. The breading was perfectly crispy and the onion stayed in place upon biting it - which is typically my main issue with onion rings. The sauce drizzled on top paired well with the sweetness with the onion, and the horsey sauce added the right amount of heat.The chicken sandwich was overall a good chicken sandwich. The bread and the maggi mayo punch above their weight and those alone make this a stand out. The chicken was crispy and perfectly cooked. I personally think the chicken itself could use a little more flavor, but again that is only my taste.I can't wait to return to this restaurant and try the other items on the menu. Don't miss out on this place.“

“After a very long difficult day I called right before closing hoping to get a to go order for my wife and I, but expected to be turned away. Not only did Amanda take our order, she also made great recommendations and was very friendly and prompt putting our order together. Phenomenal service and the sushi was amazing! Thank you Amanda! “Excellent cannolli cake! Its a slice for two people.... Best value desert they have! Creamy, custurdy filling and moist cake layers. Topped with chocolate chips.... Gotta have that crunch! Sometimes i get a coffee or capicino with it. Their entrees are great too but...... All i ate was the cake on this visit. I highly recommend just about anything here. “I was looking for a local Mexican food place and saw how good the reviews were. My boyfriend and I went for lunch. From the warmth of the tortilla chips to the freshness of each of our entrees, I was impressed. Service was very attentive, and I enjoyed the music and decor a lot. We will be back.“

“Food, service and atmosphere were excellent during our visit on an early Friday evening. The Mardi Gras decor is nicely done. Our server, Erin, was very courteous and checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stop by again when visiting the Tremont area and recommend to others as a place to go for a decent dining experience with reasonable prices for food and drinks.“

“I travel frequently and always search out Indian cuisine. I stumbled across this little place quite by accident, the small parking lot was full so I figured the local people knew something. That’s a serious understatement, this place stands toe to toe with any Indian Restaurant I’ve ever been in, and I frequent Indian Restaurants all over. My work takes me to different areas, so I think I have experience with different cuisines. This place is a real treasure, if I lived closer, I would be a regular. I encouraged the owner to open a branch in my small university town, but he’s got a jewel of a restaurant right here. Take my word for it, hands down one of the best dining experiences anywhere!“

“Visited this week for a business dinner. There were a lot of us in a back room, so your results may vary from mine. Overall, I really enjoyed the evening, the location and the staff.The place outside looked like a strip mall but inside looked like a real deal steakhouse. From the bar back, things looked refined & relaxed. Enjoyed the stay. Since we were a large-ish group, I was there a while and was never uncomfortable.The staff were efficient, good, and light-humored in a grumpy way. It wasn't like they were seriously angry, just as if being put off was part of the schtick. Light-heartedly put off would be the summary. As if everything was a bother and an inconvenience, but maybe not really. After a couple drinks, didn't even notice any more.I started with a Negroni and wanted to hug the bartender. I don't often go with them, I usually like something fruity. But in a steak restaurant with a lot of business friends, I had to act macho and didn't regret it. Negroni's often are made poorly and like scallops, when not done well --- Oof! These were prefect.For an appetizer, salad I decided to go with the lobster bisque. I thought it was a great choice. It was very tasty, a lot of it and a TON of actual protein in it. Lots of nice, delicate chunks of real lobster meat. Well done there.Since I was in a seafood mood in a steak restaurant, I went with the Surf & Turf. I'm a rube, so I ordered the steak portion in medium. For a steak restaurant I was sorely surprised with the meat. I would just give it an OK. I was looking for outstanding, but that just didn't do it. A bit overcooked (even for a medium!) and I almost had the aftertaste of a piece of liver. Not as tasty as I would have wanted. On reflection, I should have gotten some sort of saucy side to cover it. I hate to recommend adding it (I was taught BBQ sauce hides poor brisket), but it is what it is. However, the lobster was really good. It wasn't a large thing. An over sized prawn. But it was tasty and filleted out for you so it was even easier to eat. The asparagus and mashed potatoes with it were par for the course.As a business meal - recommended and would do it again. On my own dime with a date, I would have been far more brutal in the review.“

He even boxed up her food and threw away the fatty bits of steak she cut off but kept the ones that weren't.Firstly, compliments to the chef.The food was timely, and the steak was the best I've ever eaten, hands down. I got the 16 oz NY Strip and it was cooked perfectly medium rare. Complete compliments to the wait staff and bartender. The mixed drinks were also top notch. Will be returning.“

“It was my first time in this area, as I saw it on the news. I was coming from work, and its great if you don’t have a lot of options food wise after midnight, they are open 24 hours. I ordered the cod fish dinner from Little Italia I think, and the food was prepared only moments after I ordered. I did feel like it was pricey but convenience wise, it wasn’t bad, but the portion of fish was disappointing as they actually supplemented the lacking amount of fish with a ton of fries. Parking was available but most people use blinkers to sit up front. Also, the service is so cool, you don’t have to interact with anyone, and the time they estimated the food to be ready, was only 2-3 minutes later than they actually said but that wasn’t bad either. I only took away 1 star for the food for cost to portion of fish ratio.“

“We are a family of 14 and were looking for an Easter brunch restaurant. We booked with Cleveland Chop and we were NOT disappointed! Margaret and our waitress were attentive and hospitable. The ambience is very welcoming and charming. The food was amazing with beautiful presentation. The desserts by Sherry were outstanding and delicious. We went back more than once! We highly recommend Cleveland Chop to everyone. If we could, we’d book for next Easter today!“

Since the restaurant was busy, it was also loud, which meant our party of seven had a hard time hearing conversations in our group.I ordered the 6oz. Filet mignon and lobster meat. The steak was cooked perfectly, and everything tasted good. A couple of people in our group ordered the tuna, which was heavily seasoned and too spicy for one.I thought the prices were a little higher than other restaurants, but not too bad. We enjoyed our meal and company, but probably won't go back.“

My Spicy burrito was huge and I ended up brining half of it home. The friend I went with ordered the street tacos and presentation for both was superb! “Went for lunch with a group on a Monday. The place was busy from the moment they opened. A true testimony to how wonderful the food, service, and atmosphere is. None of the people in my group had been before and everyone raved about how delicious the food was. A great place to go if you're looking for something different than the typical lunch options. The food was a bit expensive...would have been nice to pay a bit less and get normal size portion. Sides are served more family style which was good. Service was friendly, but a bit rough for an expensive restaurant. Environment was nice, tablecloth tables, higher end. There is a small patio as well in the front. Would go back again.“

Including salad bowls, appetizers and drink glasses.We ordered the scampi, scallops and filet. Was very good, but the scampi was far from large shrimp, they were small. “Whenever I want great, fried perch, I always stop by the Farm House Food Distributors. They cook the fish perfectly every time! I asked for the cornmeal coating. It’s fried crispy but it’s not dry. I’ve been purchasing perch from this location for many many years and it’s always on point! Also, the cost is very reasonable. I ordered 8 pieces and it cost $16 and some change. The price also included the cooking fee. The customer service team is good and on Fridays, it’s usually packed. If you want them to cook your food, make sure to call early! It can take an hour for your order to be ready. If you love fish, check them out! You can get it cooked or take it home and cook it yourself.“

“This was my first visit to Lobster and Pho. They only had one waitress waiting on 5 or 6 tables, so we had long waits before she could attend to our table. Not her fault, but still not a good experience.I had the Lobster Pho, which was in a generous portion. However, I have a problem with lobster being put in a pho, because lobster has a delicate flavor to begin with and the flavor is just drowned in all the liquid.It would have been better to have the lobster portions served on the side.“

She finally gave me an older menu to look at.During check out I was asked where I was from since the owner said she knew all of her customers like family.Just told her I was in the area and had always wanted root try their restaurant.She had mentioned they have been in business for 29 years!The food was very good quality and hope I can make another visit soon.There are very few restaurants where you will get this type of service where the owner knows everyone.Highly recommended.“

“This place is incredible! My mom and I came here a few weeks ago to try it since it had changed to a new Mexican restaurant. I’m a vegetarian and they had plenty of options and the food was delicious. Everything is made fresh to order so we were even able to order guacamole without any onions in it. Service was fast, restaurant was extremely clean and the drinks were great. This restaurant is a fantastic addition to the North Royalton! We can’t wait to go back!“

“This was a small mall type restaurant (I was expecting an eat in restaurant). The woman behind the counter was friendly and had our food made to order in about 15 minutes. We had perch po-boy and perch dinner and also a catfish po'boy. The fish was deliciously crunchy and flavorful - my mouth wanted more even when oli was full. Fries were really tasty and had some seasoning that icouldn't describe but was phenomenal with the bbq sauce drizzled on top. The coleslaw on topwas great too. The place is small and the menu is limited and there aren't many seats in this tiny mall that that it was located in but it was the best fish sandwich I've had in at least a decade.“

It's great that they have an patio area for the ones who need a smoke break. I did not know that they had food, I don't think I smelled any when I walked in. “I went here to enjoy a night out with staff and it was the perfect little bar that we needed. The staff was so friendly and great listeners. I ordered a tequila sunrise and a prime rib philly steak sub with fries and mozzarella sticks. I absolutely loved both! The mozzarella sticks are topped with parmesan cheese and were cooked just right. This is a great place for a quick bite to eat and drink. The Dj was also full of life and was very entertaining ? “It's clean however very homey. The food is amazing I have eaten here twice and both times I cleaned my plate. The owners are extremely kind. Service was fast even though the place was little full. I went on Mothers Day weekend it was really affordable also. Great breakfast“
