“I went to Cilantro Thai Express for the first time this weekend and I have to say I was very impressed everything had great flavor and the tea I tried was quite good definitely will be back, the older lady working the counter and bagging the food was very nice even though she encountered some rude customers, and after seeing I had been waiting about 45 min she even offered to remake my tea and apologized which I appreciated and respected. If I where to offer some advice I’d suggest getting a digital board for orders so as they come and are ready people can just read and know where they are in line, that way it’s be less stressful on the older lady. Regardless I’ll be back!!“

“First time ordering and we were not disappointed. The set up was take-out and appeared neat, clean convenient parking.
The food was packaged with care, condiments provided and offered and the gentleman at the window was personable and pleasant.
The food was delicious! Seasoned to perfection, the French fries (real potatoes) were done and not chewy. The portions were more than adequate and again, we were pleasantly surprised and pleased that we found a legitimate carry out to order and look forward to returning. Don't change a thing!

“While visiting Cleveland we really wanted good seafood and this place was exactly what we were looking for! Loved the atmosphere and the crab was cooked perfectly. I opted for the mix seasoning boil and loved every minute of it. The service was also top of the line and I really just can’t wait to come back when we’re in town! 😀“

“We called the restaurant about Buy one get one quesadilla special we’re told was only for online orders. We attempted to order online but couldn’t get the site to give us the discount. We entered the restaurant in the staff was very helpful in assisting with the online ordering.“

I ordered the 6-piece wing dinner with a side of spaghetti and greens, plus a Polish Boy with fries, BBQ sauce, and coleslaw on top. The wings were fried to perfection — crispy and seasoned well. The spaghetti tasted fresh with a nice pasta sauce, and the greens had a good mix of flavors, definitely homemade. The Polish Boy was solid too, just could’ve used a bit more coleslaw to balance everything out.

Customer service is a work in progress, but to be fair, it looks like it’s just one guy handling everything. Respect to him for holding it down. I’ll definitely be back to try more.“

“First time! Excited! Heard nothing but compliments. The restaurant had many open seats. We enter and a person of upper management looked up and punched in something and then directed the server. The server, under direction took us to the worst place in the restaurant. My prayer was that it wasn’t because we were a family of color. I tried hard to disregard the thought as we were directed to sit outside the kitchen door. :—/. I was getting away from the kitchen. That was the last place I wanted to celebrate our special occasion. I asked for a different place in the restaurant that was housing one other visible couple. She was very happy to oblige us. When a restaurant is full, I can understand…. But this was far from the case. The server was 5STAR ! Food 5STAR ! I will definitely try it again with hopes that it was a mistake on the management part. My hopes…“

“We have enjoyed Delmonico’s twice now and they do not disappoint! Exquisite Dining! Absolutely delectable dishes! The Lobster Bisque is made with love and the feature, Japanese Wagyu was absolutely divine! We ordered the Béarnaise sauce but the steak did not need it at all! I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a divine cuisine! Definitely recommend! I wish we lived closer!“

“Excellent seafood. I eat seafood all the time and the shrimp here are large and of good quality. I got a rice bowl with curry sauce. The sausage crawfish and shrimp were plentiful. Curry sauce was fabulous with just the right amount of heat. I ordered medium hot. First time ordering and I will definitely be ordering again.“

“Went on Sunday with my mom and husband and Adam was our server. We were immediately seated. Adam was quick and very attentive. We ordered Prime Rib, Delmonico and burger. I ordered the half chicken to go and mushrooms as an appetizer. Everything was delicious and for the price you can't beat it. The restaurant was clean and nice on the inside and what made the visit awesome was over the server. Adam as wonderful and kept our drinks full at times. You get the value for the meals provided. It's so nice to have an establishment like this as they are long gone. I also loved the fact that we all ordered salad and we got a family style serving where we served ourselves from the salad bowl. “I've been coming to Parma red lobster for years and never had the most amazing service offered by Desiree. We had some picky people in our party and she smiled through it all and took really good care of us and checked our table quite often.“

“The meal with Mama Laura and server Tae was an incredible experience. You often hear of the chefs coming to the table talking with the patrons, Mama Laura was very personable and engaging. Server Tae instantly earned a generous tip by attending to us within minutes of us being seated. He showed genuine concern for our dining and spirits needs. “This is a beautiful restaurant, and I will definitely be back, so I’m still giving it 5 stars. However, I started upstairs at the bar, and the bartender working around 8 PM (her name started with an “R”) was unfortunately very rude. Her demeanor was off-putting from the start, and she didn’t even bother to wipe down the bar area for us.

My friend and I stood there for about three minutes waiting to be acknowledged while there was only one other person at the bar. I was honestly so shocked by the lack of customer service that I was ready to leave. My friend ended up moving the dirty cups and wiping down our area so we could sit down and wait for a drink. To make matters worse, we weren’t even given clean menus.

Thankfully, after our first round of drinks, we went outside to enjoy the fire pit area, and that completely changed the experience. Manager Mary was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thank you, Mary!

I didn’t make a formal complaint because it wasn’t that serious, but I did want to mention it. Aside from that one bartender, every single staff member we encountered from the valet team to the greeters downstairs was friendly, welcoming, and amazing.

Overall, the restaurant is beautiful, the atmosphere is great, and because of the excellent service from the rest of the staff, I will definitely be back. :)“

The parking lot needs attention. I was walking back to my car and the heel of my shoe got sucked into a small DEEP pothole and I fell and scraped bruised my knee really bad. I have included pictures of the location of the people eating hole. Avoid parking in front of the tree.
