“We went here tonight for the very first time. The restaurant is warm and inviting.the manager, Claudio, was very welcoming and attentive. The waiter, Ricardo, was excellent. The food arrived quickly and was perfect in appearance, taste, and temperature. The portions are huge! The drinks and beers were cold and refreshing. The decor was authentic Mexican looking, (lots of Dia de los muertos items.)Everything was just great and we will be back again soon.“
“We had dinner and it was the best meal we have had out for a long time.Everything was cooked perfectly and was nice and hot when it came to our table. The server, Herodis B, wasexcellent. He was very attentive to what we needed yet gave us our space. We will definitely be back there soon.“
“A coworker picked up lunch for us- the food was okay- tastes just like you'd expect it to... Minus the coleslaw- opened it up n it smelled kinda funky, decided to taste it and spat it right back out because it was definitely spoiled! Restaurant is VERY dirty but considering it's an old building guess that comes with age but could TRY to clean it up a little bit better!“
“If you’re in Ohio, this is the place to be! When my family first got there, they were starting to close, but immediately came out and welcomed us in. We offered to take it to go, but they insisted we sit. The staff was so kind. So kind! And the food was so amazing! My dad, who travels a lot, said they made the best shrimp and grits he’s ever had. My mom and I got the potato soup and it was delicious as well. Know that when you go here, you’re not only getting incredible food, but an incredible experience as well. They’ll make you feel right at home no matter where you’re from! Highly recommend!“
“This restaurant has become a favorite of ours, and we've happily suggested it to friends seeking an exceptional fine dining experience. The menu boasts fresh and intriguing options, all of which are simply delightful! The ambiance exudes intimacy and charm, creating a perfect setting for a romantic dinner or a special celebration. What's more, the chef takes the time to personally greet guests at their tables and welcomes feedback, adding a personalized touch to the dining experience. For those seeking a memorable culinary adventure, Bistro 70 is sure to exceed expectations!“
“I had the grilled shrimp with a side of rossoto. The ship was grilled exactly how I like it, not too tough and not too crunchy. The rossoto had a wonderful consistency and flavor throughout. The Jack Daniel's bread putting with ice cream was one of the best deserts I have had in the area. You must check the restaurant out.“
“I must say, why have we not visited sooner. We went out with our friends Saturday night. We had reservations at 6:00pm. They sat us right on time. There was a solo guitar player right next to us but that did not bother us. He was very good. Let's start with the service. It was perfect. The female server was attentive and fast. Ordered drinks then ordered dinner. I had the baked potato soup and so did my friend. The best I have ever had. My wife ordered the element salad with white balsalmic dressing. She said it was wonderful. On to the entrees. I had the chicken pasta that was out of this world. Friend had the Tomahawk porkchop. He said it was excellent as well. My wife had the same chicken pasta dish. She loved it and my friends wife had the risotto with chicken. It was all perfect. Finished it off with a slice of cheesecake with raspberry sauce. Can't wait to go back. All 4 of us said, "it's the best food we have had in ages" and we eat out all the time. Keep up the great work Paul. BTW: He lives in our neighborhood.“
“A hidden gem in downtown Painesville. The food is always delicious and fresh. The lobster bisque soup is one the very best we've ever had! It's cozy in the winter and chill in the summer sitting outside on the patio. Always a great choice!“
“Best fine dining experience around town! We eat here on a regular basis and everything from sea food, chops, to steaks is stellar. The service is hands down the best, and they will accommodate any type food issues or preferences you might have. The wine list both red and white is above average. The drinks are great and I highly recommend the cheese cake for dessert. Chef St. Clair and his wife Allison are friendly and visit with customers whenever time allows. We have celebrated many special occasions with our family and friends and will continue to come back. If you have not been here you are missing out. This is a hidden gem in Concord Twp.“
“First time getting food from Trader Jack's and it was amazing! I got the Big Jack which is a double stack burger very similar to a Bob's Big Boy, BUT BETTER IN EVERY WAY. It's like a Big Boy for adults. Everything about it was perfect, especially the sauce. Fries were excellent as well. Staff was friendly and efficient. I will definitely be ordering from here again!“
“If you're looking for a top-notch seafood experience, look no further! This restaurant is very cozy and welcoming. They feature local Lake Erie perch and Walleye dinners, which are amazing! The service was quick and very attentive. You can feel the love in every dish. The owner was walking around, making sure that everyone was taken care of. A truly wonderful experience in Lake County! Believe the hype!“
“I didn't even know this place existed. I had a balloon delivery to make there for one of their customers who was celebrating their birthday there last that night. I was promptly greeted by the bartender. She was very friendly. They didn't know about the balloon delivery since it was a customer who ordered it. But she directed me as to what to do with it. I'll definitely have to go back and try the food.“
“16Mar24 The food and service were impeccable. I lived in Florida for 15 years and I prefer this establishment over any I have been to in Florida. I have 2 children and the staff were very accommodating to my children! Our server was Scott - he was great.“
“Just got home from our first visit here and I'm almost angry we haven't been coming here for years. The atmosphere is so warm and cozy; it really does feel like you're at someone's home. We enjoyed looking at all the old photos on the wall and it brought the feeling of 'home'. But onto the food. Everything was AMAZING. We got ravioli as our side. I swear I'd eat that sauce off a rusty bumper. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and despite it being packed, our food came out pretty quickly and the timing between our appetizer and dinner was spot on. The prices are decent. A little more than other local restaurants but not by much and it's SO worth it. We are actually grabbing take out tomorrow and I can't wait. Obviously I would highly recommend eating here...every day.“
“Unique tempura offerings of mixed, or 6 pieces of a specific veggie. We (2 of us) had a yummy tempura broccoli plate followed by hibachi: shrimp & salmon, and chicken & shrimp. Many combo choices. Generous portions. Choice of noodles or fried rice (not a usual Japanese restaurant choice). All food made well and tasty. Hot sake. Some Chinese art in mostly Japanese decor. I lived in Asia for 3 years. I see the difference. Close to our home, we will return! Enough food we brought home some shrimp, fried rice, chicken & noodles. Next morning cut up the shrimp, scrambled a couple of eggs & chopped zucchini, then added the shrimp, and rice and enjoyed a lovely shrimp fried rice breakfast adding the hibachi sauce.Parking: Lots and lots of parking in giant lot.“
“Super busy at lunch on a Thursday. Our server Heather was crazy busy but still checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Ordered the bruchetta, crab melt, and beet salad. We also ordered seasonal cocktails and they were great. Highly recommend the Paloma.I wouldn't order the crab melt again. Nothing wrong with it, but it was more of an open faced sandwich, and I was not expecting that. It just wasnt my preference and i'll try something different next time.My guest ordered the bruchetta appetizer. I was disappointed with her order at first, but delightfully surprised how amazing it was. I would definitely order again. It was warm and not overly crusty. Just perfect. My second drink had an issue, and even though I persisted on paying for it (I drank it always therefore planned on paying for it), Heather had the drink comped.Overall, I can't wait to return. The place was bright and clean. The staff were friendly, and our food and drinks came quickly even though it was so busy and clearly all hands on deck.Lastly, Heather was a delight, and we will definitely ask for her upon our return.Dietary restrictions: Seemed to be multiple GF options.Parking: Lot out front was very busy and we did have difficulty finding a spot.“
