“I ordered a $12 corn beef I asked for the bread to be toasted. She tried to charge me more because she said that's a ruben just for you to toast the bread OK. I went inside I ordered a fry it was a handful of fries for $3. Tell me why I get to my car to eat my sandwich and my sandwich is cold. The cheese was not melted and the meat was room temp.And they were rude. I am never going back.“

“Let me start by saying, not everyone can cook Snapper even the most seasoned chefs. That said! Over the years I’ve been to many restaurants from Florida to New York & to think I am just finding out that this restaurant not only serves Snapper, but can cook it to perfection. Leaves me in Awe.

“Hands down one of the best dining experiences in Cleveland. The service is impeccable and the food is consistently excellent. I will be hosting a family dinner next week and Lockkeepers was my first choice. Carla was extremely helpful in helping me plan what I know will be a perfect evening. If you have not been here, I strongly recommend adding it to your list of must try places.“

Our waitress was amazing at being present and answering All our questions because we were never to a bonefish grill. I will definitely go to another one when I come upon one. “First time! Excited! Heard nothing but compliments. The restaurant had many open seats. We enter and a person of upper management looked up and punched in something and then directed the server. The server, under direction took us to the worst place in the restaurant. My prayer was that it wasn’t because we were a family of color. I tried hard to disregard the thought as we were directed to sit outside the kitchen door. :—/. I was getting away from the kitchen. That was the last place I wanted to celebrate our special occasion. I asked for a different place in the restaurant that was housing one other visible couple. She was very happy to oblige us. The Lobster Bisque is made with love and the feature, Japanese Wagyu was absolutely divine! We ordered the Béarnaise sauce but the steak did not need it at all! I ordered the 6-piece wing dinner with a side of spaghetti and greens, plus a Polish Boy with fries, BBQ sauce, and coleslaw on top. The wings were fried to perfection — crispy and seasoned well. The spaghetti tasted fresh with a nice pasta sauce, and the greens had a good mix of flavors, definitely homemade. The Polish Boy was solid too, just could’ve used a bit more coleslaw to balance everything out.

Customer service is a work in progress, but to be fair, it looks like it’s just one guy handling everything. Respect to him for holding it down. I’ll definitely be back to try more.“

“Excellent seafood. I eat seafood all the time and the shrimp here are large and of good quality. I got a rice bowl with curry sauce. The sausage crawfish and shrimp were plentiful. “Went on Sunday with my mom and husband and Adam was our server. We were immediately seated. Adam was quick and very attentive. We ordered Prime Rib, Delmonico and burger. I ordered the half chicken to go and mushrooms as an appetizer. Everything was delicious and for the price you can't beat it. The restaurant was clean and nice on the inside and what made the visit awesome was over the server. Adam as wonderful and kept our drinks full at times. You get the value for the meals provided. It's so nice to have an establishment like this as they are long gone. I also loved the fact that we all ordered salad and we got a family style serving where we served ourselves from the salad bowl. I ordered the shrimp po boy with Mac n cheese and hush puppies and it did not disappoint. It was absolutely delicious. Everything about it! The Mac n cheese was perfect and the hush puppies were yum! I did order the honey lemon pepper wings to go and ate them cold later that day and OMG. When I tell you these wings were on point they were ON POINT even cold. 😁And they had a little place where we took some pictures. Coming from the pickiest eater and someone who’s quite difficult to impress; this place is PHENOMENAL. If you enjoy Indian cuisine or want to try, go check this place out! It’s FANTASTIC and their lunch buffet is only $13! Honestly shocked at how incredible my experience was. “First time ordering and we were not disappointed. The set up was take-out and appeared neat, clean convenient parking.
The food was packaged with care, condiments provided and offered and the gentleman at the window was personable and pleasant.
The food was delicious! Seasoned to perfection, the French fries (real potatoes) were done and not chewy. The portions were more than adequate and again, we were pleasantly surprised and pleased that we found a legitimate carry out to order and look forward to returning. Don't change a thing!
