“General tsos chicken ordered medium spicy only left a tiny amount of spicy feeling after eating the whole thing. Definitely should bump up to hot next time. Their spicy levels include medium, hot extra spicy, 2x, 3x, etc. The eggrolls have shrimp in them. Fast pleasant service, even over lunch.“

“First time! Excited! Heard nothing but compliments. The restaurant had many open seats. We enter and a person of upper management looked up and punched in something and then directed the server. The server, under direction took us to the worst place in the restaurant. My prayer was that it wasn’t because we were a family of color. I tried hard to disregard the thought as we were directed to sit outside the kitchen door. :—/. I was getting away from the kitchen. That was the last place I wanted to celebrate our special occasion. I asked for a different place in the restaurant that was housing one other visible couple. She was very happy to oblige us. When a restaurant is full, I can understand…. But this was far from the case. The server was 5STAR ! Food 5STAR ! I ordered the 6-piece wing dinner with a side of spaghetti and greens, plus a Polish Boy with fries, BBQ sauce, and coleslaw on top. The wings were fried to perfection — crispy and seasoned well. The spaghetti tasted fresh with a nice pasta sauce, and the greens had a good mix of flavors, definitely homemade. The Polish Boy was solid too, just could’ve used a bit more coleslaw to balance everything out.

Customer service is a work in progress, but to be fair, it looks like it’s just one guy handling everything. Respect to him for holding it down. I’ll definitely be back to try more.“

“The prices are the same as most other Mexican-themed restaurants, maybe a little bit cheaper. Serving portions are good sized. 1 plate can definitely feed two people. Food is very tasty, margaritas are excellent. Service was absolutely phenomenal!“

“I got my wife a Rose Berry Wine box for her birthday. She absolutely loved it! These are a perfect gift, and the website makes it easy to personalize them. “I was in town for a convention and met Ms. Yvette and she recommended this place so of course we had to check it out. I ordered the shrimp po boy with Mac n cheese and hush puppies and it did not disappoint. It was absolutely delicious. Everything about it! The Mac n cheese was perfect and the hush puppies were yum! I did order the honey lemon pepper wings to go and ate them cold later that day and OMG. When I tell you these wings were on point they were ON POINT even cold. 😁And they had a little place where we took some pictures. Overall a great experience and a place I would absolutely visit again if I’m in the area. Thank you again! 💚“

“First time ordering and we were not disappointed. The set up was take-out and appeared neat, clean convenient parking.
The food was packaged with care, condiments provided and offered and the gentleman at the window was personable and pleasant.
The food was delicious! Seasoned to perfection, the French fries (real potatoes) were done and not chewy. The portions were more than adequate and again, we were pleasantly surprised and pleased that we found a legitimate carry out to order and look forward to returning. Don't change a thing!

“The meal with Mama Laura and server Tae was an incredible experience. You often hear of the chefs coming to the table talking with the patrons, Mama Laura was very personable and engaging. Server Tae instantly earned a generous tip by attending to us within minutes of us being seated. He showed genuine concern for our dining and spirits needs. I highly recommend this establishment for the excellent 'home cooked' soul food and customer service. You will not be disappointed. Also try the to go menu next door.“

“We called the restaurant about Buy one get one quesadilla special we’re told was only for online orders. We attempted to order online but couldn’t get the site to give us the discount. We entered the restaurant in the staff was very helpful in assisting with the online ordering.“

“We had such a great experience, the man working was so kind and helpful! The food was made to order, extremely fresh, hot, and well-seasoned to say the least! He offered us different sauces for our delicious chicken wings and fries which I really appreciated! This is definitely a new favorite for us when we are in town!“
