First time! Excited! Heard nothing but compliments. The restaurant had many open seats. We enter and a person of upper management looked up and punched in something and then directed the server. The server, under direction took us to the worst place in the restaurant. My prayer was that it wasn’t because we were a family of color. We’ve really grown to love going to Capital Grille! The food and drinks are excellent, the service is superb, everything is always very clean, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Management clearly takes pride in maintaining a high standard of excellence.

The Capital Grille in Cleveland offers an exceptional dining experience with top-notch service and delicious food. Known for its great location and a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere, it is a perfect place for lunch and is even open on Mondays. Guests have enjoyed the excellent salmon and the delicious burger. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, and efficient, making every visit memorable for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries, where guests receive thoughtful surprises, free dessert, and a card. The kitchen is very accommodating with gluten-free menu items and a gluten-free bread basket. While the steaks are great, the meal can feel slightly overpriced as sides cost extra. Despite this, The Capital Grille remains a wonderful choice for a night out, consistently exceeding expectations.
