First time! Excited! Heard nothing but compliments. The restaurant had many open seats. We enter and a person of upper management looked up and punched in something and then directed the server. The server, under direction took us to the worst place in the restaurant. My prayer was that it wasn’t because we were a family of color. One of my favorite restaurants in the area! I recently celebrated my birthday here, and everything was exceptional from start to finish. Spencer was AMAZING and truly made my birthday dinner feel special. He was attentive, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. June 2026: It was Father's Day and the restaurant was packed. Thankfully, we had reservations and were seated immediately. My husband is on crutches and they were more than willing to accommodate whatever seating was best for him.

The Capital Grille in Cleveland offers an exceptional dining experience with top-notch service and delicious food. Known for its great location and a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere, it is a perfect place for lunch and is even open on Mondays. Guests have enjoyed the excellent salmon and the delicious burger. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, and efficient, making every visit memorable for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries, where guests receive thoughtful surprises, free dessert, and a card. The kitchen is very accommodating with gluten-free menu items and a gluten-free bread basket. While the steaks are great, the meal can feel slightly overpriced as sides cost extra. Despite this, The Capital Grille remains a wonderful choice for a night out, consistently exceeding expectations.
