The food and ambiance was perfect as always. Madisyn provided exemplary service and was attentive, knowledgeable, personable, and made our birthday celebration extra special with her service. Jennifer Starick stopped by the table and ensured we were having a wonderful evening and checked in on us a couple of times. She took care of a chocolate covered strawberries. Both Madisyn and Jennifer made our night at Melting Pot phenomenal. Thank you so much!
Our server was kind and welcoming. Although we did wait a long time for each course, it wasn't too loud and we were enjoying taking it slow. Food was good (even though I had to cook it myself... ha). The chocolate fondue tasted a bit syrupy to me, but I may just be picky. Overall great experience. We'd definitely go back for a special occasion or date night.

My partner and I came for Thursdate and had a lovely time. The food was all delicious and I loved the vibe.Service was good too except towards the end after we paid. We weren’t able to get our drinks refilled after that so we left a little thirsty.Another caveat is that it is a bit pricey - cost about $160 in total with taxes and tip. But I do think for the most part it was worth it.
