The food was good, however, the quantity of food was over priced and very disappointing. All sides were based on the amount of guests which is ridiculous. Two guests, received four slices of zucchini, five small broccoli florets, four asparagus, and six mushrooms. SMH Appetizers and dessert was very good.??
This restaurant had a poor customer service and we highly do no recommend going to this place. This restaurant has high potential for cross contamination on raw meats, highly overpriced and poor instruction and how to cook the raw meets, the meat were tasteless, we felt the waiter was rushing us out throughout the entire experience and we got the feeling that he was forced to be there.

This was our second experience eating at the Melting Pot. As usual, the food was incredible. However, our server, Simon, knocked it out of the park with the great service he provided. He had the best personality of any server we've ever had. He was extremely attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Give that young man a raise! He made our visit from Hazlehurst, Georgia a real treat. Thanks, Simon! Best wishes from Jim and Karen.

We celebrated a 50th wedding anniversary with a wonderful three-hour meal. While the food was delicious, the highlight of our visit was our server Annemarie. She was beyond attentive to our party of eight, making sure our glasses were full and that we had plenty of extra little bites. Her pairing recommendations were spot on, and we left with hearts happy and bellies full. She made sure this special occasion was something memorable for our family members who traveled far to celebrate the love of our parents. Thank you!

We had an amazing time here! Annemarie was our server and she did a phenomenal job! She went out of her way to keep us happy. The food was wonderful and we loved every bit of it. We got the five course celebration meal (to celebrate me becoming a licensed engineer!!!) and it was truly such a fun experience.

The Melting Pot is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is always wonderful. The wait staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and generally attentive. Usually, we give a 5 star review. This time, we rate it a generous 3.5.
The atmosphere was awful and could have been fixed if the staff had been willing to do so.
Even a "cheap, regular" night is over $100 for two. This visit we came for our anniversary and paid nearly $300 for the evening. For those prices, when making a very specific anniversary reservation, you would think the hostess would have situational awareness and not seat us next to a screeching toddler. We listened to the kid scream behind us for nearly an hour. I would have asked to move tables but the table was decorated with the rose petals, etc for the anniversary, and I hoped if the parent didn't do something then the restaurant would. They didn't. There were also kids running up and down the aisles past tables without parents in attendance. Again, how did the staff not stop that? It was annoying for us and dangerous for the wait staff carrying food trays and drinks to tables.
Please consider all of your customers and have the guts to request parents mind their children.
Another request - you offer long stem roses at the table for $50. My husband purchased this to make the table extra-special. The roses were in a tiny bottle vase with 6" stems. That is NOT long stemmed, they were nothing like the picture advertisement, and definitely NOT worth $50. He could have gotten better looking roses at Walmart for half the cost. Please deliver what you advertise.

Not really happy with them removing some of the top favorite things off the menu, but our server was very kind and very quick to get anything we needed.

THANK YOU! Alexander for a wonderful dining experience!!! My wife has a gluten allergy and he suggested amazing substitutes for cheese options as we could not agree, all sounded so good.
Cheese and chocolate were excellent
Chocolate was ORIGINAL with peanut butter it was amazing with our strawberries and their were plenty of sweets to dip
Brothe for entree was not much flavor and meat was good but did not have much seasoning because broth was not too good
We will be coming again for my 50th birthday and will be looking forward to celebrating and trying new entree broths and meats

Great service! High School ladies volleyball team and coaches, all had great time. Great place to bring teams, any groups. Servers Simon and Madisyn were terrific and very attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant!!
This is one of our favorite places for special occasions, the wait staff is very well trained. The food is fantastic. This was our 35th anniversary, but unfortunately, this time, the experience was not fantastic. To start with, we had only been seated for a few minutes when we were approached by two young men who were selling candy to raise money for a school trip. At $275 for two, I do not expect to have someone going table to table along chocolate for school. After that, the evening tried to get better, except for the table that had 3 or 4 loud screaming kids that were teaching around the entire restaurant. They darted past our table half a dozen times while I tried to give my wife a nice dinner with some class. Very disappointed. We will privacy look for something else in the future.
