I ordered the 6-piece wing dinner with a side of spaghetti and greens, plus a Polish Boy with fries, BBQ sauce, and coleslaw on top. The wings were fried to perfection — crispy and seasoned well. The spaghetti tasted fresh with a nice pasta sauce, and the greens had a good mix of flavors, definitely homemade. The Polish Boy was solid too, just could’ve used a bit more coleslaw to balance everything out.

Customer service is a work in progress, but to be fair, it looks like it’s just one guy handling everything. Respect to him for holding it down. I’ll definitely be back to try more.“

“First time! Excited! Heard nothing but compliments. The restaurant had many open seats. We enter and a person of upper management looked up and punched in something and then directed the server. The server, under direction took us to the worst place in the restaurant. My prayer was that it wasn’t because we were a family of color. I tried hard to disregard the thought as we were directed to sit outside the kitchen door. :—/. I was getting away from the kitchen. That was the last place I wanted to celebrate our special occasion. I asked for a different place in the restaurant that was housing one other visible couple. She was very happy to oblige us. When a restaurant is full, I can understand…. But this was far from the case. The server was 5STAR ! Food 5STAR ! “Excellent seafood. I eat seafood all the time and the shrimp here are large and of good quality. I got a rice bowl with curry sauce. The sausage crawfish and shrimp were plentiful. Curry sauce was fabulous with just the right amount of heat. I ordered medium hot. First time ordering and I will definitely be ordering again.“

“I ordered from Uber eats so I cannot comment on the service or the atmosphere but it made me rate them also or I couldn't review the food, that being said I really can't understand these bad reviews that are complaining about portion sizes or price!! Compared to other similar places their prices are very low and portion sizes very fair! Even after Uber adds their crazy high fees.Also I am extremely impressed at how fast my order was made.... at first I was worried that it ewouldn't be fresh or hot because it was done so quickly but that was not the case! My dinner was AMAZING! I got the shrimp dinner, added 3 scampi with baked potato and mac ND cheese. Best Mac ever. Shrimp and scampi s were large size seasoned and cooked perfectly. The baked potato was a little bit undercooked but everything else was soooo good that I can overlook that. My only actual complaint is the cocktail shrimp sauce was pretty bad but I doctored it up at home with some lemon and horseradish. To say I am impressed is an understatement and I cannot wait to go back and try everything else they have.... next time I'll save the Uber fees and go get it myself tho. THANK YOU for one of the best dinners I have had in a very long time and keep up the good work“

“I went to Cilantro Thai Express for the first time this weekend and I have to say I was very impressed everything had great flavor and the tea I tried was quite good definitely will be back, the older lady working the counter and bagging the food was very nice even though she encountered some rude customers, and after seeing I had been waiting about 45 min she even offered to remake my tea and apologized which I appreciated and respected. If I where to offer some advice I’d suggest getting a digital board for orders so as they come and are ready people can just read and know where they are in line, that way it’s be less stressful on the older lady. Regardless I’ll be back!!“

“I'm giving them a 5☆ only because the prices fit my budget as far as the fresh meats. The kitchen has changed since I first started eating there. The last couple of times I ordered perch and I got orange roughy which was a little dry a better fish but I had my taste for ocean perch everyone that works there is very friendly always greet you with a smile.“

“The meal with Mama Laura and server Tae was an incredible experience. You often hear of the chefs coming to the table talking with the patrons, Mama Laura was very personable and engaging. Server Tae instantly earned a generous tip by attending to us within minutes of us being seated. He showed genuine concern for our dining and spirits needs. “I went here to enjoy a night out with staff and it was the perfect little bar that we needed. The staff was so friendly and great listeners. I ordered a tequila sunrise and a prime rib philly steak sub with fries and mozzarella sticks. I absolutely loved both! The mozzarella sticks are topped with parmesan cheese and were cooked just right. This is a great place for a quick bite to eat and drink. The Dj was also full of life and was very entertaining ? “I’m writing this review and I aint even get the check yet lol this food surprised me and exceeded my expectations easily. The food was delicious, flavorful and really fresh. Surprisingly fresh. The Marty gras empanadas are the highlight. I don’t really mess with cheese or seafood but daaaamn they did they thing. I got the Turkey rib dinner, fuggin phenomenal and packed with good. The cocktails are really good and have a Nola kick to em lol . I also got cornbread, red beans and rice and the bourbon street smashed. I’m lowkey smashed . I’m coming back with big T for her birthday but it’s going to be our first time. Come check em out y’all. The food and plating was great but I had to drive in immediately - 1/27/25 - hey y’all, I’m back, with better photos, this place was sooooooo damn good. “That's my go to for a number of reasons. Skeets is a staple in the community. After I come from a comedy show or a jazz concert. I always stop in Skeets before I go home. I have mad respect for an establishment that can be open for as long as he has been in business. I will continue to support.

“Omg I was not expecting to have the best lobster of my life coming here.. we stopped in for food cuz they are open late.. and got the fried lobster n omg!!!! 🫠🤤🤤🤤 it was the best I ever had seriously!! Our bartender was Florida she was a whole vibe and the chefs name is O n he is a G with that dam lobster!!!
Definitely will b coming back.
